In general, the plus and minus numbers are the same. Neat. But also already tired. Air conditioners are weak. During the day it gets cold. Enough in the evening. A bit noisy. All covered in dust. In our room, the ceiling was leaking in one place, there is a moisture separation (it was raining). The mattresses are different. One is excellent, and the other is already a little sagging. In a word, each room can be different and full of such nuances. This must be taken into account.
Staff. Fine. Friendly. No complaints. Some people didn't like it. These are the bar staff - men. Rude, unfriendly, bad service. The girls at the bar serve well - no complaints.
Another one, I don't know what he's responsible for. This man is sitting in the lobby. Plump. He introduced us to the hotel, led us to the bathhouse, and there he already "bred" us for money. For 15 dollars to him, he offered us to settle in a good room on the 4th floor. We refused. In fact, the Turks had a discommunication among themselves. When we came to the reception ourselves, they gave us the same room on the 4th floor for free, only without an extra charge of 15 dollars. And already when we went up to the room, we hastily started calling from the reception and offering supposedly the best room on the 3rd floor. We looked at 2 supposedly "best" rooms on the 3rd floor and didn't like it. Stopped on the 4th floor because of the location and the view from the window, refusing their offer. So of course, such moments spoil the impression from the very beginning. But it's good that everything turned out well in this regard. The room had a good view. Away from the road.
The kitchen is excellent overall.

Internet is free, only in the lobby. Bad, but you can use it reluctantly. Much depends on the time of day. In the morning it is better, because there are few people, and in the evening after dinner, it is worse because there are many people.
