On the day of our arrival, we arrived at the hotel and, instead of being checked in, were told we'd have to wait about eight hours. My husband was immediately offered to "resolve the issue" for 20 euros and upgrade us immediately to a supposedly new, upgraded room.
When we entered this "upgraded" room, we were shocked. The toilet seat was pee-stained, the door wouldn't close properly, the tiny window overlooked a landfill, and the room itself was on the fifth floor, essentially in the attic.
We went to ask for a room upgrade, but suddenly the price for the "upgrade" had increased to 50 euros. Unfortunately, we agreed to pay. The second room wasn't much better: everything was broken, holes in the walls and furniture, and the bed linens were dirty.
After contacting the tour operator, they promised to resolve the issue that same day, but nothing happened. It wasn't until the next day, after meeting with Anex Tour representative Violetta, that we were finally relocated. A huge thank you to Violetta—it was only thanks to her that the room issue finally got off the ground. The room was better than the previous ones, but it was still far from up to par.
The food is a separate story. I was worried that after an all-inclusive vacation, I'd bring home extra pounds, but I ended up losing weight. The food is monotonous and tasteless. The only edible items are rice and flatbread, which people literally fight over.
The lines are huge: many people line up 20-30 minutes before breakfast, lunch, or dinner. People line up in droves and then literally run to the food distribution. It feels like you're not on vacation, but in a cafeteria during a shortage.
The freshly squeezed orange juice was a particular surprise. It would seem like Turkey, fruit season, and an all-inclusive system. But you have to pay extra for a glass of orange juice—1 euro. Considering the already poor food, this seemed especially odd and unpleasant.
An additional "surprise" was the mosque located nearby. The call to prayer is heard about five times a day, including early in the morning. At 4:30 AM, I was woken up by the loud sound every time. Even as an adult, I found it uncomfortable; I can't imagine what it's like for families with small children.
The only positive thing I can mention is the entertainment staff—they're very friendly. I'd also like to mention Roman and Aladdin, who offer excursions along the way to the sea. They're very pleasant, positive, and unobtrusive.
My vacation was completely ruined. Instead of enjoying the sea and relaxing, I was counting down the days until I returned home.
Before booking our tour, we read the reviews, and they seemed perfectly reasonable. But the reality turned out to be completely different. If you want to ruin your vacation, worry about relocating, stand in endless lines for food, and wake up at 4:30 a. m. , take the risk. For us, the Magic Sun was a complete disappointment and the worst hotel we've ever stayed at.
Everything is pretty decent for the money you pay for it
Of the minuses - there are queues for food, but they serve very quickly, and there is enough for everyone. If you don't come for the opening, then there are no queues. Mega polite staff.
Cats on the territory - minus) and they are loyal to them. But now much less than the last time I was (7 years ago)
The mosque sings at 5:30 in the morning very loudly. But my children didn't wake up, only I heard)
The furniture is not new, but everything is clean and in good condition.
They clean every day. The staff is great, very sociable and friendly.
The food is decent,
There was also fish, seafood, chicken, vegetables and fruits
The children, by the way, didn't see any shortcomings at all
Animation is cool
We agreed on a late check-out, the price was normal.
Have a good rest? ?
Food.
For breakfast there were pancakes, Turkish pancakes, various flakes with milk, cheeses, buns - everything is light.
Lunches are always satisfying and varied, always vegetable salads and meat dishes. Delicious bread - it is baked.
The dinner liked the most - something delicious and new every day. There was a fish day: crayfish, various seafood. Often prepared on barbecue - fish, chicken, everything is delicious.
Many desserts are fresh fruits every day.
The main disadvantage in nutrition is the queue. If you want to try the most delicious - you need to come to the very beginning and take a queue, especially to the barbecue (this is more about dinner).
Number.
Normal number, standard, not new. During the second race, there was a very good view of the mountains and the sea from the loggia. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning.
Cleaning daily, every few days change towels.
Territory.
There is a large pool in the territory, sometimes there are not enough places near it, because there are many people. The bar is good, there are different cocktails, delicious coffee. They prepare pizza or pita daily as a snack, and at some time give a delicious Turkish ice cream.
Beach.
To go to the beach 5-7 minutes with a quiet step. The beach is small, but in general, there is enough. It is difficult to find a place in the shade in high heat. The entrance to the water is convenient. There is no bar on the beach, but there is a cooler with cold water.
Leisure.
The children's room works for children. In the evening, carry out a mini-disc for babies.
For adults in the afternoon there is aqua aerobics, water polo, darts competition.
Every night there is a different entertainment program. For two arrivals, live music, acrobatic and dance shows (Africa, Cuba, the Georgian ensemble), fiery show, belly dance, bingo game with prizes, "Guess the melody", karaoke, foam party in the pool - it really liked it.
After the program - a disco, the bar is free of 22:00.
Personnel.
Separately, I want to mention the staff - always friendly, polite, ready to help, go towards, cheer up.
The overall impression is very good. We understand that it is not a premium segment hotel, but everything is on your level. Good price and quality ratio. We will definitely come.
00), bracelets were dressed at once, and they already used all the benefits from breakfast. The owner of the hotel is a young man who is in the hotel every day, communicates with vacationers, is interested, and the main thing he listens to wishes to improve the service. So I can recommend a hotel !! !
We wanted an active holiday with evening animations, delicious food and beautiful views!
All this is actually present in this hotel! !
We arrived at the hotel at three o'clock in the morning, where we were greeted warmly and a snack was prepared for us, there is enough space in the lobby where you can rest and wait for check-in, where is everyone? plaids are clearly issued)
In general, I really liked the rest, beautiful green, clean territory, varied and very tasty food! ! !
Every day a new evening animation, disco, fun for everyone, both adults and children.
Animators work on the territory throughout the day, both with children and adults, they will not let you get bored in any case!
A nice friendly team, they always smile, say hello, are always ready to help in solving problems.
The rooms are clean and tidy
There is free wi-fi in the lobby for communication with relatives!
There are plenty of sunbeds on the beach, the road will take 5-7 minutes, the sea is clean and warm.
We are fully satisfied with our vacation and are ready to return here next year!
I recommend it to everyone! ! !
Not far from Kemer - 12 km
From the airport in Antalya - 45 km, the road to the hotel took about an hour.
We were there from September 5 to September 12
Hotel:
The staff is friendly and polite
The hotel is large, with a beautiful area, a large pool and a small one for small children. Every evening there is an entertainment program - raffles, discos, live music. The music is diverse, it was often Ukrainian, Polish, Turkish, etc. , but Russian prevailed (. The animators arranged various entertainments - darts, water aerobics, exercise.
They were satisfied with the number
There were no extraneous smells, it was clean, the bed was pleasant, new mattresses, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, a TV. The air conditioner worked very well, the wardrobe is large, the bed is double and single for my son. A balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains (a small clothes dryer, a table and 2 chairs on the balcony)
There is a safe, wifi - not in the room, only in the hall
Meals: All Inclusive
A large selection of vegetables and fruits, salads, cheeses.
Meat and fish are not such a big choice, but every day there was. Grill - vegetables, meat, fish - every day (you have to wait in line for the grill) Cooking - a large selection.
Seafood - crayfish, mussels, squid (1 day was)
Sea. .
The sea is extremely warm (we were there from September 5 to 12), clean, the dawns are incredible!
From the hotel to the sea 5-7 minutes - 2 line
Cons - there are big stones in the sea
Special shoes are required
We entered from the small town - it was normal without shoes. But the bridge is in bad condition and slippery.
If you go to the beach before 9 - 9.30, there are still sunbeds
then it's a little problematic
In general, satisfied with the vacation. Overall rating 8 out of 10
The only plus is the sea and mountains, but this is a natural resource. The orange garden and pine trees are in the area, not on the territory. It’s a pity, but after such a hotel, I don’t want to return to Turkey!! !
