The view is wonderful, if you look at the mountains, very beautiful and it would be a good view if there was not a garbage dump under the balconies, everything is cluttered in a kind of pomegranate garden, where domestic birds walk: turkeys, roosters, geese. A very noisy road, roosters crowing very loudly, a minoret nearby, very loud music plays until 12 o'clock and all this does not allow you to fall asleep peacefully, which is very annoying.

All sockets in the room do not work except one, to which everything was connected, the hair dryer does not work at all, the entrance key did not work well - everything did not turn on the first time when entering. Everything was told about this at the reception, they only promised that the master would take care of this key. They didn't want to talk about changing the number, which was the first time for me and I really didn't like it.

Tables are cleaned very poorly, you have to ask to be cleaned. When you ask that, in addition to the dishes, you also need to wipe the table, they look at you so strangely, as if you are asking for something incredible, even with emotions and dissatisfaction, as if they wipe a small part with a rag, and leaving everything else dirty, they also do this to show that they are not crying - I will not get purity. It's just terrible...They want to do it only for money, but after all these services, they didn't want to give anything at all in principle, for what, I'm sorry - isn't it included that the tables should be clean????
The question for travel agents is why this 4-star hotel has such a rating, why they do not refuse, do not warn about this. The price is very nice, but the service is simply terrible.
The location is far from the sea, not a quiet place (2 roads are nearby, a rooster sings loudly from 4 in the morning, a minoret is nearby - also loud, there are shops and a market nearby. The beach is far, not sandy - stones, you need to enter only in aqua shoes.

Food - everything is individual, but quite normal - a lot of salads, but almost the same - tomatoes and cucumbers in different versions, eggplants also in different cuts)), cheeses, sausages of 2 types, olives, there are separate warm dishes, but a few choices ( ((, fruits, cakes. There is tea, coffee (tasteless, because it is only soluble), wine and beer - there is always no glassware, forks are also in short supply, if you are not the first to come, also with free seats))). Warm dishes prepared separately on the barbecue (there was once delicious fish, a couple of times chicken, scrambled eggs) - constant queues and made in small quantities.
Animation is more or less normal, I liked 1 evening with Brazilian dances.

Contingent: there are many Ukrainians, but there are also many Russians, less Poles and Germans.
Wi-Fi is terrible, I have never seen the worst. They found out about the fee 3 days before departure.
Cleaning in the room - did not start.
There was only a strange movement of linen towels from the bed to the dirty room and for some reason folding the bedspreads, which we spread nicely. Sometimes they ran and asked for towels, because they disappeared for some reason (they do not know English or Russian). Maybe they counted on a tip, but sorry for what???
