Отель-полное разочарование! The hotel is a total disappointment!

To begin with, I am by no means a spoiled princess who, on every occasion, will fold her lips in a bow and say “fi”. I am quite an adequate tourist, vacationing mainly in four-star hotels (there is something to compare with) and at any time I can turn on the "most importantly positive attitude" mode. However, in this hotel I did not manage to tune in positively.
When choosing a hotel, the inscription "renovation in 2018" played a big role (excellent, I thought, the hotel had not yet had time to pat - how cruelly I was mistaken !!! ). I'll start in order. We arrived at two o'clock, we were met at the reception, put on bracelets and offered to have lunch while the room was being prepared. We entered the dining room and the first thing I saw was that it was offered to serve treats in plastic, poorly washed yellowed dishes (((((((. I got sick of eating. Then we paid $ 10 for the Internet, paid $ 10 for the safe, gave a deposit for beach towels - 10 dollars and we were taken to the room.
The room was located on the fourth floor of the main building. They gave us the keys (namely, the keys, not the cards). We began to consider our room (we had a standard room). What did we discover? Balcony - more like a pantry (two people could barely fit there), the door on which jammed and opened "with a kick" (I couldn't open it without my husband), dirty, carelessly hung curtains, clean white bed except for washed waffle blankets gray towels, a paid safe was a metal box that was not fixed in the closet, in principle it could be easily carried away under the arm, the safe was closed with a regular key. We opened the refrigerator - empty (mini-bar for a fee and on request), but we hoped to find a bottle of water there, but all we managed to find in the old dirty refrigerator was an unbearable stench, despite the fact that it was empty and also not worked. When the refrigerator was closed, a shelf fell off from the table into which it was built ((((On the table, a small old pot-bellied TV was wretchedly located. In the bath, a scrambled broken mixer was waiting for us, which flowed in a miserable stream and soap in the dispenser (from hygiene supplies - that's all, what happened).

We tried to cheer up and correct the situation by going to the beach. The beach is not far, a five-minute walk across the road and a small street where someone obviously died in the bushes and then died (the cadaverous smell spread throughout the street). And finally, having passed (running) this smelly street, we saw the beach. The beach is very small, sunbeds are free - all those killed are as shabby as the mattresses on these sunbeds. The sea is the only thing we had to cling to in this situation. The sea is really clean, warm, but without special shoes it is better not to climb into it (huge stones at the bottom can lead to serious injuries !!! ).
The territory of the hotel is small, there is a dirty pond with large carps, a chicken coop with roosters and quails. From entertainment table tennis with a crooked table and tattered rackets, as well as water polo and aqua aerobics in a pool of cold water. Animation - not intrusive, but not interesting, evening "shows" are more like amateur school performances.
Room cleaning - the cleaning lady came every day, but did not always clean. After we "gilded her pen" the next day we found ridiculous animals folded out of towels, a dirty floor and an undiscarded trash can (.
Sleeping in a hotel is a special topic. You will not fall asleep until you listen to a mix of the latest hits mixed from the wild pounding of your own, as well as near the lying hotel. By the way, no one will allow you to "get drunk and forget yourself" - in the evening the law - one glass in one hand. In principle, not washed, with traces and saliva, the glasses into which drinks are poured do not inspire much confidence.
I cannot fail to mention the cleaners who kept the public places (dining room, bar, swimming pool) clean – these are the only people who did their job responsibly. The territory under their jurisdiction has always been perfectly clean.
To sum up - the hotel is a complete disappointment! Who gave this hotel a four is not clear to me, because objectively it barely draws a three. Only the prices for this hotel are quadruple. I hope my review is helpful. Enjoy your holiday and decent hotels.
