This is my first review in my life)))) but I can not help but write, because I am VERY pleased with the rest.
Rested in Otium Hotel Life 5 * from May 14 to May 21. While there, I even tried to extend the rest, but there were no places for the return flight ((((
I myself work in a travel agency (my own business) and have been to some countries, and of course to Promotional tours, where we look at many hotels and evaluate their quality and corresponding price! Many hotels overcharge for their unjustified or justified services. I bought the Otium Hotel back in December at the very first stage of early booking with very favorable payment terms in installments. The price was very reasonable and I knew the hotel was WORTH!!
The flight was great (on schedule, soft landing / takeoff, fast))).
The weather is awesome!! ! Water 22-23 degrees, air 28-32.
Transfer!!! ! This was the first surprise - Private transfer for Otium guests (maximum 4 hotels, including Otium Life). Arrived quickly and comfortably. There was only one hotel along the way, the next one was ours. Class!!
Settlement is fast, high quality, friendly! ! They immediately noticed that my birthday was the next day and verbally organized tomorrow's events (but much remained a mystery to me and a surprise! DURING THE ALL DAY I received some compliments from the hotel: balloons in the room and a beautifully made bed with rose petals (in the morning), in the afternoon Italian restaurant (a la carte) - VERY DELICIOUS MEAT AND SALADS, and pizza !! ! This is something !! ! In the evening cake and fruits in the room ! ! Gifts: super full body massage with mask , peeling, massage again))) - superrr!! ! Plus, as a gift, a photo session from an amazing and professional photographer Adam. I am very pleased with his work! ! I took a lot of photos, because it is impossible not to order such a charm that he does! ))).
Nutrition: ooooh . . you can get better easily ! ! A lot of frills, everything is fresh!! ! A separate person stands on each individual dish and cooks, cooks, cooks right in front of you. EVERYTHING IS REALLY DELICIOUS!! ! ALL!!!! ! I don't believe anything was bad. Maybe somewhere once one dish is a little oversalted . . - no more !!!! ! THANK YOU for such food and enjoyment! ! But the stomach is not enough for such an abundance)) I had to put one spoonful on every plate))))
Bars: sooo surprised by the "department" at each bar for children. It's so fun for kids! They feel significant and important))))) And then! ))) In this "children's corner" at the bar they give ice cream, juices, water, milkshakes and others (non-alcoholic of course))).
Security: Ozi (evening security) and Umut (fitness coach, and morning / day security - looking after the order around the pool, on the beach, on the territory of the entire hotel... - smart in general !! ): special thanks to them for such attentiveness during the day and evenings. I felt safe, cared for and taken care of! You are the supermen of the hotel! )
I would like to note separately the “squirrel” (one of the hotel staff changes into a squirrel costume) - my child was delighted every day (and from the very morning from the lobby . . at 8-9 in the morning)! Hugs with a squirrel whenever she appeared - it was a favorite pastime))))
Animation for adults works with a bang! You are politely invited somewhere (without persistence!!! ), entertained, taught… I tried a little (but it was fun and worthy! ), because was mainly in the children's area (there are 2 heated pools for children, 3 slides ! ! And a small adult pool. Plus there is a separate children's restaurant (breakfast + lunch !! ). And of course a large mini-club right next to the same children's Well, VERY CONVENIENT for parents who want to sunbathe and cool off in the water without running to the beach, while the child in the mini club is sculpting, building, playing consoles, watching cartoons in the cinema under the supervision of the best team children's club... * Nasiba (koreechka). Very nice, attentive, helpful, kind girl who looks after the children in the mini club.
* Nasiba (COOK in the mini-club)! ! THANK YOU SO MUCH for your care, the quality of the dishes, their variety and usefulness. Some dishes were not even in the main restaurant - only dietary yummy for kids! There was also borscht, fish soup, soup with meatballs, dumplings, various cereals, bottled food (mashed potatoes for babies), juices, a lot of fruits, vegetables, all peeled and chopped ! ! The freshest pastries, pancakes, pancakes, cookies... and everything was there at once! Not individually, but immediately by choice! Also, Nasiba will not leave you without food during your way to the airport and flight))) She put a lot of things in the lunch box for us - it was nice and touching!
