We rested with 2 families with small children (1 year and 3) I want to note right away that we are not just capricious tourists, but with extensive experience in the tourism business, now on maternity leave. We booked the tour through the operator SunMar, they are also Coral Travel, the hotel Paloma Renaissance Antalya Beach resort & spa5 * food LUAll - luxury ultra all inclusive. One family for 7 nights, the second for 12. Our vacation began On June 11.2017, in the evening we arrived at the hotel (we had an individual transfer booked in advance) at the Reception we met with the representative of Sunmar, Coral Travel and Odeon Tour - Omar Khayam . I will try to write multiple times, but I really want to talk about all the moments of our "wonderful" vacation. We booked the tour a month before departure, in the note they indicated that the rooms were nearby. When we arrived the hotel was at a stop, we were placed in different parts of the building and in rooms with separate beds! The hotel is old and in great need of repair, the balconies are small, and even in bird droppings, the furniture is worn out, there is 1 trash can in the rooms, this is wildness for a hotel of such a level that costs a lot of money, cosmetics in the bathroom are disgusting, and even after previous vacationers She is not changed, we were left half of the used shower gel. Concrete savings! Well, these are still flowers and the beginning of all the delights! We were promised that the next day we would be moved closer to each other, we had to go to the Reception, we are offered rooms on the 2nd floor almost next to each other, but with the condition that we must hand over the keys of the old ones and get new ones at 14:00, despite the fact that this is the time of daytime sleep of our children and the hotel did not want to make concessions to us. As a result, we moved, and what we see in the new room, in the extra bed for a 3-year-old child, the sheet was not changed, she was all in black hair! This is unacceptable even for a 3 star hotel, not to mention a 5 star VIP. In the 2nd room, the floors were not washed, which is also not correct in rooms with a small child! Service is disgusting! Food is a different story! Not only is the choice small, there is nothing to feed the children at all! No dietary food and children's menu (table)! The hotel has a children's cook who does not speak Russian at all! And it is extremely inconvenient to order food for a child every time and run to a restaurant by a certain time and look for a cook so that she can bring it! T. e. half a day have to run and order this food! The children are hungry, my girlfriend's one-year-old baby could not be fed with anything! You can't force my 3-year-old daughter, who usually eats scrambled eggs and pasta the most on vacation, either! I thought you couldn’t spoil pasta, but in Paloma Renaissance they can’t even boil them normally, the child didn’t eat! We are horrified! And further! I have never seen anything like this, that food that was not eaten yesterday is served the next day for breakfast and lunch! This is something in 5 * VIP, LUAll! Dishes, so this is generally a quiet horror! To make coffee, we went through 10 cups! Everything is dirty, the plates are greasy, the plates for soups are broken and with glass right in the plates! On the 3rd day of our complaints, the guide Omar Khayyam offered to relocate us and give us 5 hotels to choose from! And he promised that in the morning everything would be decided! The next morning, Omar and I called the Odeon tour office and confirmed our desire to move out of this barn! And we said several times that we want to do it without additional payments! T. to. we understand that for this money there are many options for hotels, even if they are not declared VIP, but of decent quality and it certainly cannot be worse! We talked on the phone with the manager Anastasia (or Tatyana, I don’t remember exactly the name of the manager on my nerves and emotions) and asked that Akka Antedon 5* be included in this 5 options, knowing that it was cheaper than Paloma Renaissance 5* in the price list and Nirvana Lagoon 5 *, a neighboring hotel with Paloma Renaissance 5 * which we walked through and were shocked by the incredible cleanliness! From 9 am it lasted until 4 o'clock! We certainly did not expect such a boorish attitude from the tour operator Coral / Sunmar / Odeon tour! As a result, we were offered Nirvana Lagoon 5 * with additional payments of $ 1200 for one family and $ 550 for the second! And Akka Antedon 5 *, which was cheaper than Paloma, we were billed with a surcharge of $ 450 and $ 250! We didn't have any more options! Now wait a minute! Why did it happen? ! We felt like we were being lied to! We asked to upgrade, change hotels, no extra charge! They simply did not want to listen to us and talked rudely! But since everyone was very tired, hungry, they could not be there anymore, they decided to move to Akka Antedon!
