All times of stay I used the services of different operators, the best was Coral Travel, aka Odeon Tour. And for the cost of the tour and for resolving issues "on the spot", the exception was the hotel guide Maxim, our compatriot, who, having accepted the cancellation of the tour due to the fact that the child was ill, did not even hint at returning the money. It is good that other employees of the company entered into our situation and returned the money to us as soon as possible, even without a check. As for the hotel - we arrived at 6.00 with two children, the landview room was paid, at 6.30 immediately after a delicious breakfast and a welcome cocktail we were already settled in our room, 4th floor, 421 rooms, with two balconies and a crazy sea view . No extra dollars))) just because the hotel appreciates regular customers. The standard rooms in the Renaissance are not large, but there was more than enough space for us to also fit a baby cot, which was prudently brought in 5 minutes. The region is very humid and therefore many hotels suffer from dampness, this is a fact, and in the foyer on the floors there are manifestations of it on the ceilings, but the rooms are dry, clean and very light. They say at this time it is better to settle in the main building, since the villas have not warmed up yet. The bathroom was huge, the toilet, the shower, everything was nice and clean, there was carpet on the floor in the room, luxurious beds, a minibar, plasma, Wi-Fi in the room, everything worked and functioned. Towels are changed twice a day. For breakfast, and then to the beach, we left at 8 am, returned at 12, and the room had already been cleaned, in the evening after dinner and a walk, the room was prepared for bed))) very nice, the mini bar was replenished every day. For the beach, we took towels directly in front of the beach in exchange for cards, after the beach we handed them over, and after dinner we took clean ones again. It is very convenient if you are traveling with children. And the towels were always clean and fresh. . A bar on the beach with delicious cocktails and juices (those who piss on packaged juices, I note that in the main restaurant all juices are fresh, but at cocktail bars they use (oh, horror)))) packaged) Chilled fruits and berries, washed packaged in cups they will bring you directly to the sunbed. The sand is clean, there are no large stones, so entering the sea is pleasant and comfortable. The sea is clean! Toilets on the beach are cleaned every half hour, it is very clean there. There is no need to borrow sunbeds, there are enough places on the beach and in the garden, by the pool and on the pier. In the garden at 11.00 a Turkish woman starts to cook traditional Turkish cakes. Take ayran in the bar and do not deny yourself the pleasure of trying it, especially delicious with meat. At 12.30 in the main restaurant lunch, white tablecloths on the tables, also always perfectly clean, for dinner only cloth napkins. The waiters are very helpful, they understand Russian perfectly. The food is always very tasty, varied, pastries, side dishes, baby food, soups, meat, raw vegetables, cooked vegetables, desserts, fruits, salmon, trout, shrimp in any quantity in various preparations three times a day, for those who do not eat seafood , there is an excellent fish Ala carte on the shore, I recommend not to refuse squid and pumpkin dessert there))) delicious! Well done waiters, when fireworks started in a nearby hotel, they loudly announced "Attention, this is all for you, dear guests! ")) Children's animation is fun and does not bother, who wants silence - please. There is a playground with paddles, buckets, slides, etc. , there is a children's pool, with me, a girl of five years old managed to draw water with a bucket and take a sip from it, the next day I saw her alive and healthy)) There are also courts and everything for sports, there is a super SPA salon. The magician Hakan works there)) good massage! It is better to sign up for a hammam on the first day, a relaxation massage will not hurt, it helps to join the rest immediately. In the evening, the hotel has karaoke, a disco, live music, performances in the amphitheater. The hotel has wonderful staff who create an atmosphere of warmth and love. If you do not speak English at all, the hotel has a Russian-speaking administrator Katya, a pro in his field. When I had questions (the youngest daughter fell ill), she carefully helped to solve everything. This time our flight was postponed, and we managed to eat in the main restaurant, but if you want, you can warn the reception in the evening and they will give you lunch boxes. It seems to be everything. I can also say that there are few Russians, many European pensioners. But do you know this is such a celebration of life, their pensioners are sometimes younger than our youth))) in the shower)))
