The hotel shares grounds with an older hotel, the Club Phaselis. The hotels have different restaurants, the guests of the Club cannot visit the restaurant of the Hill, and the guests of the Hill can eat in the restaurant of the Club, and not only in the restaurant. All Club services are available for Hill.
The territory is very beautiful, a lot of greenery, pine trees, mountains nearby. Phaselis Hill is built on a mountainside, so all rooms have a sea view. The view from the restaurant is amazing!
The Hill has its own pool, unlike the Club pools, this pool is quiet, calm, relaxing, very beautiful - pine trees grow right in the water and provide additional shade. Of course, needles fall from them, but their number is not critical. The pool has a shallow area for children, but there are no slides, so there are not many children here.

The hotel has a problem with sunbeds, everywhere, on the beaches and near the pools, they are not enough. But rather, this is not a problem of the hotel, but of guests who occupy sunbeds at the same time near the pool and near the sea, while they themselves just go to the bar. There are several beaches on the territory (children's, central (with pontoons) and "quiet" near the cliff) and several pools (central with children's areas, children's (near the Mini Club and Khilovsky), there seems to be enough places and sunbeds too, and there are not many people, BUT there are towels on all sunbeds, and there are half as many people!
There are no complaints about food! Both in the Club and in the Hill, it is varied and tasty. There are always a lot of ripe different fruits in Hill, honey in combs, several types of meat (including lamb and excluding pork), delicious soups for children, a diet menu, etc. As for ice cream, they give it in the Club, near the beach, but there is always a huge queue. And they give in the Hill, in the lobby, it’s far to go there from the beach, so there is never a queue.
Decent animation. The child was delighted with the foam disco. Several slides, for the little ones, for the older ones and for adults. Hammocks and swings for adults. 2 mini clubs - in the Hill, it is located in the building, and in the Club, near the children's pool, in the air. The Club even has a children's restaurant with small tables and chairs.
On the children's beach there is sand or very small pebbles, and on a "quiet" pebble, sometimes large.
The hotel is new so no complaints about the room. We were traveling with two children, 1.5 and 4 years old, so we booked the Deluxe, as the Standard would not fit.
