We rested in....Although no . . They endured rudeness and inconvenience in August 2013. We went for a week. And we are very glad that we did not take a ticket for a longer time. I'll tell you why.
We are not the first time in Turkey. We visited Side, Belek, Kemer, Alanya. We are in Kemer for the third time, so there is something to compare. So. We were brought to the hotel at 7.45 am. Check-in to rooms at 2 o'clock Turkish time. Naturally, in order to reduce the waiting time, we put $ 30 upon check-in at the hotel. They took the money, we were issued but! We were not given a room, they said that we would have to wait until 2. !!! ! The husband hinted at money, but the Turk pretended not to understand anything. Naturally, no one returned the money to us. They agreed to check us in only at half past two.
NUMBER we got on the 4th floor in the new building. While we were walking to the room, we saw a lot of free rooms, it is not clear why we were forced to sit for so many hours tired from the road if the rooms are free and not inhabited by anyone ? ! The room smelled terribly of powder and other detergents. We thought that this is so because of the general cleaning that is done after each visitor, but no. This smell was in the room every day because the floor was just left in the detergent without washing it off. The floors were very slippery and your feet would stick to them if you didn't wear slippers. By the way, there are slippers in the room. The cleaning itself in the room leaves much to be desired: the dust from the bedside tables and the table is not washed at all. There are layers of dust. When you draw the curtains, kilograms of dust fly from them, it feels like they are never washed at all. Carpets are vacuumed once a week. Even the tip left for the cleaners did not help. Which, by the way, was also taken away, as in the case at the reception at our check-in at the hotel. There is no ventilation in the bathroom and toilet at all. After you take a shower, all this steam spreads throughout the room, which is already stuffy.

NUTRITION. Very poor and monotonous. from the children's menu only semolina and mashed potatoes. It’s better not to take semolina porridge, they don’t know how to cook it at all - they boil it with lumps, digest it, and then they come with a kettle and pour boiling water into it right on the table with food. But this is still half the trouble. But spoiled fruits, sour milk and juice diluted with water are already more serious. Cooking is not tasty. During the week we saw only 2 types of fish. From seafood, only squids were a couple of times in batter. Spoiled tomatoes can be caught in the salad. One pleases that there are no flies. From what they didn’t eat for breakfast or lunch, the chefs prepare for dinner by slightly modifying the dish. So if you didn’t eat fried meat or chicken today, tomorrow it will all be on the tables in the form of some kind of salad.
The dishes should be carefully examined before putting something into them - there were traces of lipstick on the glasses, pieces of dried food on the plates. By the way, the dishes are not wiped, they lie wet. Lots of broken dishes. once I showed the waiter that the edge of the mug was broken off and that the child could cut himself, so he just smiled and nodded his head. didn't even offer to pick it up and replace it. If a dish runs out, it is not replenished, so it is better to come to the beginning of lunch or dinner, because at the end there is nothing to eat, you can leave hungry. By the way, the tables are also not set by the end of lunch / dinner, they just remove the napkins so that people don’t sit there anymore, especially on those tables that are far from the tables with food. This is apparently because the waiters are just too lazy to go far. In this hotel, it is not customary to change the tablecloths on the table after each meal, the waiters simply brush the crumbs off the table and replace only the used cutlery. Crumbs are not cleaned under the tables. If today a piece of food fell under the table, it will lie there for another day or two.
The waiters have a terrible habit of picking up dirty plates, not a few at a time, and taking them away, but they carry a large cart between the rows in which they put the dirty dishes. You can sit and eat and next to you from the next table the waiter will dump the uneaten food into the trash can and all the splashes will fly into your plate. If you make a remark, the waiter begins to smile and pretend that he did not understand. Although almost all of them understand Russian and speak it.
BEACH. The sea is wonderful, only the wind is very cold in the morning and in the evening when the sunset starts. 2 days it was cold during the day, it was raining, we didn't swim at all. The beach is cleaned according to the mood, cigarette butts and cups are everywhere, although there are trash cans on the beach. Problems with sunbeds. They are sorely lacking because the beach is one for two hotels - Phaselis Hill and Phaselis Club. Moreover, in these hotels, 98% of Russian vacationers, and Russians, as you know, have a terrible habit of taking 4 sunbeds for 3 vacationers. Moreover, the sunbeds are occupied with towels, and the tourists are somewhere in the bar or elsewhere. The hotel staff does not react in any way to towels left on the beach at night and to complaints that there are no sunbeds.

AQUAPARK. Small, small slide in the main pool and 3 slides in the water park itself. I didn’t like the fact that there is terribly icy water and the seams on the hill are poorly sealed, they are not sealed end-to-end, but with a difference in height of several millimeters, it is very felt - when you ride on it, it hurts what you ride.
POOLS are chlorinated relentlessly. Very unlucky for those who live in houses next to the pool, the stench is terrible. There is rubbish on the bottom of the pool. The water is very cold. We swam in the pool only once, after I tried this sour perchlorinated water, the desire to go to the pool disappeared altogether. As it turned out, bleach is thrown into the water in the evening and during the day, right when people swim there.
FITNESSCENTER is one name. There are few dumbbells, not enough for three men at the same time. One treadmill, 2 exercise bikes. The elliptical trainer does not work. There is no instructor.
The hotel is not at all for entertainment, all vacationers in it with young children. The entertainment program is very boring. There was karaoke, just a disco and dancing. The dances are poorly rehearsed, the dancers move differently, they don't follow the rhythm, etc. Many could not stand such a performance and simply got up and left without watching the performance. There is a children's room, but animators do not deal with children at all. They turn on cartoons on the laptop and the children watch. Or just draw. No children's games... evening summer disco is one name. Every day they dance for half an hour to the same song, under the guidance of female animators who show the children the movements.
In general, this is probably the worst hotel in Kemer, especially for the money. We were waiting for this vacation for a whole year and were so disappointed... Of the advantages of the hotel, only the sea, but this plus does not belong to the merits of the hotel, it is a gift of nature.
Save on everything you can. The waiter can easily push you and not even apologize. It is not customary to apologize to tourists in this hotel. This hotel does not respect tourists, they cook like for pigs, they live in pigsties. If you do not want to save money and be rude to you, choose another hotel.
