They didn’t choose the hotel themselves, but according to the Fortuna system (the class of the hotel, the type of food, the dates of arrival and departure, they themselves indicated). When we left the airport, we saw counters with different tour operators (our Coral Travel ODEON Tours), came up and recognized our hotel and went to the transport that was waiting.
We arrived at the hotel ~ midnight (another couple turned out to be with us - it’s not boring anymore). They immediately invited me to eat (the soup was normal, but the side dish and salads were not very good). Then they settled in the room....and then partial disappointment began. Firstly, the beds are separated by a cabinet (we are a couple), opposite the dressing table, TV (we did not need it), mini-bar (only with water), locker, safe, bathroom, shower, which was leaking and air conditioning (old, strangely working, but still was). They adapted in a day, because they only slept in the room.
There were few people for a couple of days, and then there were more (from Ukraine, Poland, Germany, Georgia, Belarus, Russia, etc. )

I liked two pools (one on the other side of the hotel, not everyone knows about it, which is good), a bar with drinks near the pool.
The food is not bad and, it seems, there was a variety, but I would like more fish (I found it only once) and a meat variety, a lot of salads and sweets, there were always watermelons, oranges, plums, apples, grapefruits, kiwi came across. In fact, we weren't hungry!
Cleaning in the room is good, and if you leave a tip, it's even better!
The animators are great! Especially Diego! Participated in competitions and won! ) (we are very active)
Wi-Fi is kind of weak.
Did not like:
1) the beach is somewhere there (the bus carries, but that's not it);
2) a hotel guide (probably needed to persuade you to go on excursions for a very high price, explaining it with additional insurance, etc. , stubbornly dissuading you from other "non-hotel" excursions.
