Do not believe those who say that this hotel has poor service... This hotel has no service at all... There are two categories of tourists who can like it here: those who have never been anywhere before this hotel used to be content with Soviet-style service, and young guys who have gathered in cheerful companies, but they don’t really care about everything else...
In a word, if you like:
- rudeness and deception of staff (especially guides);
- dirt and squalor of the situation;
- lack of territory and green zone;
- the absence of any infrastructure normally required for a 4 * hotel;
- eat the same thing every day for two weeks on a cheap sticky oilcloth;
- waiters in dirty T-shirts;
- packs of cats that rush around the restaurant, jump on the tables and periodically shit in the pots with plants standing between the tables;
- go to a dirty, poorly equipped beach for 4 km in a double-crowded bus;

- play table tennis in a nook next to a dump of furniture on a shabby table covered with inscriptions with paint swollen from old age;
- to work out in the fitness center on broken, rusted simulators installed in the utility yard on a bare concrete floor;
- buy drinks in the store by paying "all inclusive", as there is no occasional wine, but never juices or green tea;
- if you have children, entertain them yourself, since there is no mention of animation and entertainment indicated in the catalog of the children's club, and although there is a water slide, they turned it on twice in two weeks -

And it’s not true that all 4 * hotels in Turkey are like this... Right there, in Kemer, we went to 2 hotels of this category, they fully correspond to the declared level... Even the Felicia 3 * hotel, which is just opposite, is better than the Rivero hotel and condition, and in terms of service, and in relation to tourists (our fellow countrymen lived there)... It’s just that the Rivero hotel is an impudent scammer and a disgrace to Turkey.
