I rested with a friend, this hotel does not pull at all for the declared 4-ku. That is, as it was 3 * and remained. Many write - "you are going there to eat, or sit in the room, or look for the shortcomings of the hotel. " No, we did not go to eat and sit in the room, and even more so to look for flaws. But we still counted on a more or less comfortable rest, after all, this is a 4-ka. I would not pay for all these shortcomings if the hotel had left 3 *. Before going, we read a bunch of reviews, both positive and negative, consoled ourselves with the fact that negative reviews were written only by "snuffy" tourists. And we are picky girls and rested in a three-ruble note, and nothing - everything suited us, but here.
We arrived at the hotel closer to 9 am, the girl at the reception said that you would have to wait to check into the room, but for now you can leave your things in the luggage room, have lunch, sunbathe, swim in the pool.
If you also have an early arrival and it’s not so important for you to change clothes and take a shower from the road, then my advice to you is to put your swimsuit in your bag with you. We were lucky, we didn’t have to wait long, which we were incredibly happy about, because it was very hot - jeans stuck to the back. I wanted to quickly take a cool shower and change clothes.

ROOM.
At first glance, the room is like a room, well, yes, old furniture - in fact, like everywhere else. There is air conditioning, refrigerator, TV. We went out onto the balcony, everything seems to be fine too: a large balcony overlooking the pool. But ...The room itself is really small 3 * 3m, there is nowhere to put things away, therefore, in order not to put them on the floor, things were lying everywhere on the TV, on the refrigerator, on the bed. The wardrobe is small, the stick on which the hangers are hung is nailed so tightly that it is, in principle, problematic to hang them.
I’m generally silent about the bathroom, if I hadn’t seen the photo of the windows in the corridor (the so-called ventilation) in the reviews, vacationers before going - the first impression would be like this “Laughter and tears”. But once they saw it, they were ready for it. The shower cubicle is terribly small - you will definitely hit yourself while washing, no cups or a toothbrush holder, and another 4 stars is called. With hot water, full strained - this is a fact. Some write - on a fig in such heat hot water. Rinsing can and in figs, but washing, washing your hair under cold water is not a pleasant pleasure.
There is a safe in the room, but most of all I was surprised and outraged by the fact that in order to get the key from the safe you need to pay, if you lose the key, you also need to pay ($ 60). It is not clear then what is the meaning of this safe: you don’t know where, to hide money with documents, and then you don’t know where to put the key so that no one else finds it.
Documents and money are more important - according to FIG, they paid.
A few days later, our air conditioner dripped, tried not to pay attention to it, just moved the bed away from the wall so that it dripped onto the floor. Because going around asking to be fixed or to change the room is just a waste of time and nerves.

The illusion of room cleaning was great. At first (made beds, swans and flowers from towels), but over time they began to notice that the room was not cleaned in principle, the towels did not seem to be changed for two weeks, and if they were changed, they were always in some kind of stains. You bring a towel to your face, and there is a stain, as if they wiped their ass.
Regarding the fact that the balcony overlooks the "yard" overlooking the pool, as I said, at first glance it seemed great. It seems like in the center of events: everything is visible, everything is heard. By evening, it became clear that it would be better not to be seen, much less heard.
From the side of the balcony music rumbles, outside the door it also rumbles only another one (because the hotels are located quite close to each other). Therefore, there was an impression - who is louder than whom.

BEACH.
The entrance to the beach of this hotel is through the Tropicana Club, which is located in the city center. Walk to him min. 15-20, but if you don't want to walk from the hotel there is a small bus. Not so often, but you can adapt. The beach itself is clean, you can always find free sunbeds. The sea is a fairy tale - clean, transparent, warm. Just SUPER. I advise you to take a mask and fins with you to stare at the big turtles. There, on the sea, there is an opportunity to ride on various inflatable things - whoever likes what: a sofa, a banana, all kinds of buns. Parachute, scooter - try one of these, a lot of impressions, especially if you ride with the breeze.
The big disadvantages are that it is forbidden to bring drinks and food into the club and the beach.
When it's + 38 outside, it's quite difficult to do without water, especially if you have children. Of course, you can buy it on the territory of the club and the beach, but you yourself understand that it will cost you a decent amount. My friend and I decided to ignore these ads and took water with us. And you must take your own towels, and it is strictly forbidden to take them out of the room even in order to lay them on the sunbeds near the pool in the hotel (the first time I encounter this). Therefore, upon arrival, I had to buy a towel, but what to do.

HOTEL TERRITORY:

The hotel area is not bad: small, so quite cozy, flowers are planted everywhere. Pretty cute and pretty decent. From leisure table tennis, darts. There is a room with playstation consoles and several computers with Internet access. A bunch of children were constantly sitting in this room, and from morning to evening. Dear parents, wean your children from sitting in front of computers.
You came to rest, let them move more, breathe air, stick in the sea, and not spoil their eyesight by staring at computers.
As well as in any hotel there is a hammam (Turkish bath). Every day you are persistently invited to go to the bathhouse. The bath itself is free, but further procedures (massage, peeling, masks and all other rubbish): the cheapest one will cost you $25-30. As they say, it is best to go for the first time days, so that the tan lies more evenly and for a long time. I don’t know, I didn’t go, and the weather was such that on the street, like in a bathhouse, and the tan was no worse than after their peeling, and, moreover, for nothing, not counting the cost of the tour : ))); .
Swimming pool. If you spend the whole day at the sea or in the city, then upon returning to the hotel, passing by the pool, you can feel the smell of bleach, which is not spared. On the one hand, it’s good, there are fewer germs, but the hands smell, even after a shower.

FOOD AND DRINKS:
Food and drink is a separate issue.

Even in the 3* hotel where I stayed, the food was much better, tastier and there was more choice, and much more. During the two weeks that I spent, the menu practically did not change. Breakfast: oatmeal soaked in water (see for the English - “oatmeal, Sir”), cucumbers, tomatoes, boiled egg, sometimes scrambled eggs (it’s faster to fry yourself than to wait for the cook to come), breakfast cereals, sausage, cheese (melted and cheese), cucumber salad with tomatoes, and next to it there is another one with tomatoes and cucumbers. Many will say - "well, how much, choose, I don't want to. " Yes, the first morning, the second, maybe even the third. But it is impossible to alternate this "soup set" for two weeks. Lunch: soup (never seen, two types of soup, as many people write), although some soups are quite okay. Pasta in sauce (or it's their mayonnaise), potatoes and rice pleased with their presence. The meat, about which everyone writes that it was, seems to mean chicken, which was basically only in stew.
Beef kidneys and minced meat products (rather specific taste). Constant cucumbers and tomatoes, including lettuce, cabbage, carrots, a lot of greens. Salads for the most part resembled pig burdu in their appearance. What was left from breakfast miraculously turned into a salad, and what was left from lunch turned into a stew or salad for dinner. Dinner: Not much different from the lunch menu. Baking looks beautiful in taste - for an amateur. The assortment of fruits is extensive for breakfast - watermelon, for lunch - watermelon, for dinner - watermelon. Sometimes unripe plums and pears. PEOPLE, you amaze me, rejoice at the fact that you are fed green unripe fruits. Therefore, we went to the store or to the market for ripe and amazingly delicious peaches and grapes / Drinks: like everywhere else, the same highly concentrated UPI or ZUKO, cola, sprite (resembling our bell) and water.
I can’t say anything about alcohol, I didn’t take risks, only from the words of a friend - about nothing. Therefore, the advice is to stock up on your own from Duty free - high quality and proven. The most normal and delicious was tea and coffee, much tastier than in Egypt. In contrast to housekeeping, everything here was good. The staff cleaned everything quickly, no comments.

HOTEL GUIDE AND EXCURSIONS
As elsewhere, on the first day upon arrival you will meet with the hotel guide. Correctly, many write that the main goal of the guide is to sell you as many excursions as possible, and at an exorbitant price. Take my advice "on the street" - many times cheaper. We took all the excursions in Ginza travel - a solid and reliable travel agency, we were very pleased with both the price and the quality. Many are frightened by the lack of insurance from "street" agencies - everything is complete nonsense, they have the same insurance.

In order to somehow pull the children onto the stage and create the appearance that someone else was interested in it, they begged at least adults to come out. Purely by chance, it turned out that before the children's show, the animation was drinking and this happened repeatedly. At 22-00 the show for adults started, I have never seen such crap as here.
As a result, this hotel did not live up to my expectations and the money spent. With children, I still did not advise going here very, very noisy and the food is by no means for children. The hotel is suitable for young people from 17 to 23 years old, especially if you are traveling in a company (large company). I do not argue, to each his own, someone is completely delighted with the hotel.
