We went to the hotel after the opening of the borders. I must say right away that I understood that this hotel is not 4 stars as stated, but the fact that it does not even pull 3 was upset. The travel agent from Coral said that since this year this is their hotel and it’s not worth looking at the reviews, everything will be fine) The first minus is the food. She is. And it's all. I do not know what happened this year, judging by the previous reviews with food, everything was ok. There is a variety of salads from the same ingredients, without dressing. There are boiled pasta and bulgur, tasteless. The meat is soybean with some taste of crackers with a taste of almost meat. It’s better not to think about sausage and cheese at all, they gave fish 2 times. 1 time I took it to try - cold, poorly peeled, either boiled or baked herring with a bunch of bones and unpleasantly smelling. The second time I didn’t risk it, but visually it was better, fried in batter. About chicken (any) and meat (exactly - oh, my God - meat! ) We are not talking at all. The result - paid for ALL IN CLUSIVE - we drink water at the bar and coffee (quite acceptable by the way) and eat at a cafe nearby, naturally for a fee.
Territory: small, but well-groomed. The hotel was originally built with luxury in mind. Marble floors in the lobbies, fireplace courtyard, large sliding windows in the lobby (already broken and oblique), but time is not kind, especially if it is not maintained. There are 2 swimming pools. A large one near block A and C and a small one behind block B near block E. The large pool is clean, it is cleaned every day from 19-30. They forgot about the little one, the water is clean there, but the floor and walls are dirty. Swimming from 19-30 to 7-30 is prohibited, which is inconvenient, because it would be so nice after dinner at 21 to swim before going to bed in the pool, but no! There is a spa center, very interesting, it seems to be there, but it seems to be not. Open free of charge from 10 to 18, by prior arrangement. That's who needs a hammam or a bath in the heat in broad daylight? But! If you pay for a massage or peeling, then you are welcome - until 21 are ready to receive you.
Rooms. Oh. Hard case. Initially, we were given a room in block B. This is an old, shabby block with utility rooms. Hell number. Everything is very very old, shabby, broken and smelly. The door barely closed and you could hear how the workers from the back room carried water and alcohol to the bar, as if you were participating in this with them. We ran out of there, didn’t even take a photo, went to the reception to ask for another room. Thank God, they took pity on us and after 14:00 they promised us a room in block A. This option is much better. Of course, it also has nuances and problems, but (! ) You can be here. The air conditioner is inconveniently located, right above the bed (and the room is 9 meters with a total area) and it blows mercilessly, without air conditioning it is impossible to be very stuffy. They could have hung it above the front door, especially since the block is placed directly into the corridor near the front door. The “window” of ventilation from the bathroom also goes there, you can remain silent about audibility. You hear everything your neighbor does in the next room's bathroom (and how he gets rid of "food"). There is a balcony overlooking a large pool, a good metal-plastic sliding door, if you close there is no noise. The bedding is white and clean, the towels are a bit shabby but also white and clean. Cleaning every 3 days on request.

COVID 19. There are moments during the pandemic. Initially, the staff tried to distribute food in gloves, masks and screens (this is a health card requirement for the hotel) and asked the guests to keep their distance (there are even markings on the floor) they worked at the bar without protective equipment. But! The guests, as if from a hungry land, crowded, pushed around without masks, just to get food for themselves! And the staff scored and left the distribution (initially they tried to organize, but the mentality of the wild herd of our compatriots won), and this is still closed to Russia, the guests are mostly Ukrainians, so you can’t blame the neighbor in this case. There are disinfectants on site. No further action has been taken. In places where, according to the signs, you need to wear masks, everyone scored and go without masks. On the bus to the beach, everyone is stuffed without masks. Everything. I won’t be surprised if there is still an infection here and the entire hotel is closed.
P. S. There is also good. We flew to Antalya in the morning, arrived at the hotel at 9-40 (breakfast until 9-30, but we were not offered food, although we were very hungry and asked where to eat, the answer was lunch at 12-30), the room was given right there (bad), but since the check-in is from 14, this is a plus. A very beautiful beach with clear water (15-20 minutes walk, transfer from the hotel runs 6 times a day), beautiful mountains around, pleasant hotel staff. Close to shops, cafes and the main shopping street.
By the way, if anyone was counting on service on the beach, it is not. Everything is paid there, sunbeds for guests by agreement with the hotel are provided by the local beach club, so there is no free food and drinks on the beach! You cannot bring with you. There are also no slippers or bathrobes in the rooms. The new blocks C and E appear to be closed.
