We got to the hotel through the "Fortuna" promotion, but fortune was clearly not in favor of us.
The room is small, cleaning was done three times during the rest (10 days), and even then at the request, when it was already impossible to see all this dirt. They give only one key to the room, and it does not matter how many people the room is designed for. You can say no Wi-Fi, except for its presence on a small "patch" near the reception. The food is average: there is a wide variety of salads and greens, but there was no meat, except for the so-called meat cutlets (the impression that the sausage was passed through a meat grinder and fried, fairly seasoned with hot spices). There was fish, but some boiled and tasteless. From meat dishes - chicken, even chicken barbecue. In short, if you are not a vegetarian, then you are unlikely to like the cuisine. The service staff "will not scatter" to serve: when they want, they understand Russian, and when they don't want, they don't understand. . . mattresses. But, I note that near the pool, cleanliness, beauty and order, and drinks are served as stated and in a large assortment. The cultural program is weak and leaves much to be desired.
The hotel was remembered for a massage, to which we were politely and professionally invited by a friendly girl named Tatyana. I got a massage from a specialist named Azat, who looks like a short guy, rather lean. Frankly, I was skeptical. Skepticism did not justify itself, the massage was excellent, after a couple of days I signed up for a massage course and did not regret the money paid.

In general, the time spent on vacation in this hotel can be described as "bad, but it can be worse. "
