Hot stewed chicken, turkey in different sauces or with vegetable additives. The meat is very tender, tasty. It flew apart instantly. Sometimes meatballs and sausages were offered. Every day there was a small steamed fish (they could not tell what kind of fish it was by taste).
Slicing of several types of "boiled" sausage (it is soy). It's a pity that there was no seafood at all - after all, you're relaxing at the sea. For a side dish - rice, buckwheat, pasta, mashed potatoes. Ready-made salads - tomato, cucumber, white and red cabbage. Separately in the dishes are the same vegetables in slices and many greens, so that you can put together a salad to your taste. A lot of pickled vegetables - very sour to taste. Various desserts. As I already mentioned, there were few fruits and they were unripe. probably, it's not the season yet. Coffee machine with several types of coffee. I do not advise you to take espresso - because you immediately feel that the coffee is made from inexpensive instant coffee. Cream milk and sugar mask the taste of coffee, it turns out quite well. Strong tea in large teapots. By adding boiling water to a glass, everyone can make the necessary strength of tea.
By the way, it is suggested to pour tea into glass glasses without handles, which is extremely inconvenient - it is impossible to hold the drink in your hands. At the entrance to the restaurant there is a large poster with a warning - you cannot take food out of the restaurant. So a plate with slices of watermelon and a cup of tea were brought out with a slight sense of shame. The open-air cafe is very popular. There were always big queues. Food is prepared on the grill, barbecue and frying in oil (fries). The choice of dishes is small, the opportunity to eat freshly prepared food and sit in the fresh air near the pool attracted more. Since there were a lot of vacationers, the cooks cooked quickly and on a very high fire, mostly pieces of meat or fish were burnt.
If you arrive 30-40 minutes after the opening of the restaurant, the queue has already been absorbed, the chefs cooked longer and on a weaker fire, so that you could eat food with an appetizing fried crust, and not burnt. The cooks were very sorry - the heat was 34 degrees, they sometimes stand in the smoke, near an open fire. French fries have always been a hit! The bar serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, beer, juices, soda - Fanta, Sprite, Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola. I did not see (perhaps I did not notice) the serving of strong alcoholic beverages separately. Bartenders work quickly, with smiles and jokes. The bar on the beach offers the same assortment. Towels, bed linen, knitwear are noticeably cheaper than in the area of our hotel. We found the shop "U Omara", the owner from the city of Dnipro, will tell, show and advise everything. Owner Omar is a smiling, cheerful Turk. We bought a lot of sweets as gifts for loved ones. They paid in dollars, she asked to give the change in dollars. There were always fresh fruits and very tasty, watermelon, melon, apples, grapes, bananas, peaches. Very long queues for food and to take a table even for two people it was something unreal.
