Stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. I won’t say that this is a “wildly terrible” hotel, but it’s hard to call it good either. The food is disgusting. Before that, I was vacationing in Egypt in a 4-star hotel "Sheraton Resort" - Ring Beach 5 * falls short of 4 from food to the beach. The food is monotonous: salads like porridge are crumbled and tasteless (I took only coarsely chopped cucumbers and tomatoes), only watermelons and melons from fruits (which do not even belong to fruits), meat and side dishes in a single (maximum 2) copy and taste disgusting . The worst thing is that they are cold - the serving containers are not heated. There is a grill - on the street near the pool, but people took a turn half an hour before the start of dinner, since they fried it at lunchtime. To be honest, quite a disgusting sight. It happened that in these queues it came to scandals - not rest, but fraying of nerves about food. We stood a couple of times, and then ate what was, trying to quickly swallow and escape to the sea. There are a lot of sausages and cheeses, but they all taste vile, especially the terrible pink sausage and terrible sausages, pastries only at breakfast. There are also a lot of sweets, but they are not for everyone - I won’t say anything here - some liked them.
The hotel staff "throws" people for money on fines. With me, the woman could not leave. To describe the situation, I will make a reservation right away - SAFE IN THE ROOM IS PAID !!!! ! - 3$/day. The situation is as follows: the woman refused the safe and did not use it. Upon check-out, she was shown a record in which some hotel manager wrote that she was given the key to the safe. At the same time, since she does not hand over the key when leaving, she was required to pay a fine for losing the key in the amount of $100. The most interesting thing is that she pointed to the technical staff of the hotel, who walked around the rooms and closed the safe for her. In fact, they really did walk. They also came to us - they broke the sensor on the balcony door so that it would not block the operation of the air conditioner - and left. So I believed the woman.
Reception staff is rude. Even though they were treated politely and with a smile (I’m not a brawler at all, but very calm), it took a long time to wait until they pay attention to you or “condescend” for a long time, even if I was the only vacationer near the counter.

Regarding the cleaning of the room, the SPA center and the beach, I had no special remarks. Another problem is the lack of beach towels. I had to get them!! ! Until one of the women made a scandal, we did not receive towels. The sea is excellent and, in principle, I had a normal rest, except for the persistent association with Yalta during the entire holiday (rudeness, Russian speech on the beach, climate and terrible food), but if you have the opportunity to go to another hotel for the same money - prefer it.
