The hotel was chosen for a long time and through a travel agency booked a tour for half a year. Having already bought the tour, we read a lot of negative reviews, were upset, but decided not to change the tour.
We arrived at the hotel later than check in time as our flight was delayed. We were immediately settled in a room in a common building (we bought a room in the Garden Club Room), they promised that the next day, if we wanted, we would be moved to our room (it had to be free). The room was actually free, we moved. It is located at the very end of the hotel, which has a rest from the hustle and bustle. The room was cleaned every day, but the floor was not washed. The bed was changed once in 11 days, towels every day.
The furniture in the room is really old. The child was given a folding bed, but it is comfortable. However, I had to ask several times. The territory of the hotel is large and well-groomed. Liked that. That there is a playground, which stands at a distance from all the noise and there is a 40 cm pool in it, where the kids can calmly splash. In total, there are three pools on the territory - the main one (you also need to take a place there from the very morning. It works until 8 pm), a children's pool and a pool with slides (the slides work until 5 pm).
The food is excellent. Even for a vegetarian, it was hearty and varied. The meat assortment was also great beef, chicken, turkey, fish every day. There were seafood. In the morning, you could squeeze orange juice yourself. In addition to the main restaurant, there is a fast court, open from 11 to 18. There was always ice cream, the children were happy.
The animation is good for both children and adults. The guys are all great! In the evenings live music in one of the bars, discos every day (we didn’t go, I won’t say anything about them), an excellent show program in the amphitheater every evening!
