You will listen to music from a night disco until 2 am!
For 10 days of rest, the area near the pool began to be washed only on our last day of rest. The rest of the time we saw dirty sunbeds, dirty trash cans, dirty tiles. There is a problem on the beach with sunbeds, they are not enough for everyone and people take them from dawn, throwing a towel on it. Some vacationers may never come to their sunbed and it will be busy for others all day, but this is not a question for the hotel. The beach is pebbly, it hurts to walk, the entrance to the sea is like torture.
The food was good, we always had enough of everything. They offered a lot of meat - beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, vegetables, fruits, fish. In the morning, you can squeeze yourself an orange juice. But sushi and rolls would not have been better offered, they were nasty. Even the rice in them was disgusting. The dishes were not always clean and noticed plates with a chipped edge. There was a problem with the appliances, I had to run around for a long time looking for forks, then spoons. Then catch the staff and ask them to bring it to the trays where they should be. Seats also sometimes had to be searched for a long time.

The room was cleaned often, but the window sill in the room was covered with dust throughout our stay, the rest seemed to be clean, I didn’t particularly look for it, the towels were changed daily. On the 3rd day, I discovered that the window in the room did not close, the handle was broken (it was then that I found dust there, I didn’t specifically look for it) That is, it was easy to get into my room. After calling reception, the window was closed.
What was really a problem was the operation of the air conditioner. Three times I filed a complaint about a malfunction, it was done for a while and then it again stopped fully supplying cold air. In the end, we just waved our hand, sorry for the time and nerves.
Animation. With all due respect to the guys who tried and worked as they were taught, in haste for the season, I can’t say that she is good. Some of them are students of Zaporozhye University, whom the university sent to work there for a penny. All the few competitions are well-worn, lapped up from others, with a bunch of overlays and flaws. Nevertheless, we tried to take part everywhere, otherwise it would have been completely green melancholy on vacation. Every evening near the bar the same program with live music, from which you start to yawn after 10 minutes. The repertoire of my childhood and youth, and not in the best performance. The youth disco started at 23.30, but the music is the same every day - mostly Russian hits and Turkish, and not the freshest. In general, the hotel is well tired, to say the least.
