When settling there was an overlay, all the rooms were occupied. They asked to spend one night in another hotel, but they promised a present. The next day, instead of a standard room, we were given an improved one and were given VIP bracelets. Rooms are clean, toilets are well kept. But soap dispensers were added reluctantly. The place is clean and the staff is more than friendly. Administrator Irina helped with all questions. The food is excellent, the chefs are great. Of all the dishes I tried, I can only mark a few as "ordinary". Otherwise, the choice of dishes is great, everyone will find something for themselves. Of course, redneck tourists managed to take peaches into their pockets - this, excuse me, is a wild redneck. there was plenty of fruit every day. I will support the comments about the lack of forks and plates. Sometimes they simply weren't there, but freshly washed ones were brought up pretty quickly. I think the comments about the stones at the entrance to the sea are delusional. If you come to the mountains, then admire all their aspects. I don't like it - there are a lot of resorts with sandy beaches.
As a result: if you close your eyes to all sorts of little things, then this is a wonderful hotel, but with some little things that absolutely do not affect the rest.
