Terrible hotel

A dying hotel in a dying city!
When booking, a Russian-speaking woman claimed that all the rooms were fresh and updated, but in fact the new rooms were somewhere around 40% and 60% of those killed, that is, it turns out like a roulette, as someone is lucky, we were thrown off a reservation with a beautiful number, and when we arrived we got a smelly one killed number (the photo shows expectation and reality).
Service: in the hotel, all the Turks want to divorce you, either for a fur coat (there is a shop with old fur coats in the hotel), then for a massage, or some other garbage. At first you are their best friend, but if you don’t take a service, then hear what kind of goon and moron you are and then they will discuss you with animators and other vacationers (which you yourself have heard more than once) All Turks are mere, arrogant and ill-mannered. At the reception there are the same unpleasant Turks who do not hear anything, firstly they gave a dead number and did not want to change, Coral travel called them, but the Turks actively deceived that no one called, the number was paid for three adults, but there were two, two blankets bottles of water and everything else is designed for two, they asked 4 times to bring a blanket. Only more normal guys stayed at the reception for the night. Room cleaning is generally nonsense, cleaning consists only in the fact that the cleaning lady will wash the floor in the bathroom with bleach and that's it. The towels were changed every other time (it doesn’t even bother that the towels are on the floor, so I left them) the toilet paper was not changed at all, I had to constantly beg for it. And the room itself is small, sawy, the beds are gouged, all the furniture is old and battered, the air conditioner is broken, it worked every other time and dripped on your head, you had to push the beds apart, the bathroom is old and without an exhaust hood, when you have nothing to breathe in the shower, the water is then cold, it is impossible to adjust! There is a fungus everywhere on the tile.

The owner of the hotel closed up a beautiful lobby and then decided to fill it up, even the corridors are old and stink, there is dust all around (on artificial flowerpots that have never really been wiped out) WiFi catches, only there is nothing to distribute, there is simply no Internet.
Food - we are generally not picky about food, and we understood that in Turkey the food is not very cool, but here everything is not tasty and monotonous, what you didn’t eat at lunch, they will give you for dinner. People queue up 20 minutes before the start, so if you come in the middle of dinner, then there will be almost no food and all the tables will be dirty, the food is not reported. And if you arrive on time, you will be standing in line everywhere, 15 people will definitely be in front of you. All the staff goes to smoke with gloves on (the photo shows, behind the green canvas) and then cooks further with the same dirty hands.
Hamam is included in the package, but if you do not take a paid massage, then you will not be allowed to sit there normally, they will find a thousand reasons.
The city itself is dying, a bunch of abandoned hotels, cafes and shops, everywhere it stinks and is dirty. No place to go tonight. . .
Beach: exactly 20 meters, small and unkempt, on the beach itself there are pebbles with garbage, sunbeds are broken, dead and dirty. The entrance to the sea is large stones, it is impossible to walk without special shoes!
And like a cherry on the cake, it's a puncher at 13:00 when all the guests want to relax after dinner.
I do not recommend going to this city and especially to this hotel, people who respect themselves.
The only beautiful thing that God created is nature, mountains and the sea.
