It was the second time in Turkey. On the first visit, we rested in the center of Kemer in a 3+ hotel. Last time, both the country and the hotel left only positive impressions about themselves, so our return was inevitable : )
The first thing that impressed me in the hotel was a very well-groomed facade and smiling receptionists. We were seated in a couple of minutes. I got a room with a view of the road (there are 3 options: a view of the road, a view of the pool and a view of the neighboring hotel "Stella") We, in order to get away from the noise, asked to change the room, but there were no free rooms in the hotel and we were promised to make a replacement the next day. And so it happened - without additional reminders and "bribes" we got what we wanted in exchange for our smiles and multiple "thank you! ".
In general, I noticed that a positive attitude, a friendly, and not arrogant attitude towards the staff and smiles can work wonders! On the last morning before our departure, we really needed Internet access, and the hotel bar is open from 11. they work after midnight, so we asked first the boys at the reception, and then the hotel manager Suleiman. And the manager just for "thank you" opened the bar for us and turned on the computer!

Location:
The hotel is located in the very center of the village, there are many small shops around. The road to the beach is completely tireless and takes no more than five minutes to walk. The beach is clean and so is the sea. The hotel staff works on the beach and even the manager comes to look at the situation. In general, the manager is constantly in sight - he watches the work of the waiters in the restaurant, he watches the bar. He is open to communication with hotel guests and tries to immediately resolve any issues that arise, such as "run out of milk in the coffee machine", etc.
If you want to go for a walk in Kemer, you can take the bus right at the entrance to the hotel: vote and go. Pay a $2 toll when you exit. To get to Antalya you need to pay 8 dollars.
On Fridays there is a bazaar, it is located quite far from the hotel, about 2 kilometers near the Migros supermarket. You can walk to the bazaar, or you can take a bus or dolmush (taxi) for only $ 1.

We really, really liked the food: everything is fresh, tasty and you can always come up for the addition of hot. For lunch and dinner they give excellent cakes and a lot of cakes, there are always at least two types of fruit.

About excursions:
We went to Pamukkale with a tour operator (we took this tour from our guide twice as expensive as on the street for safety reasons - after all, the road is long, and the tour company buses are much newer). In addition to Pamukkale, we were taken to a carpet center, an onyx processing center, a textile store and a wine cellar for a tasting.
And we also went from the "street" Ginza-travel to the Aqualand water park. Last year we were with Ginza in Mira-Kekova. They have an excellent guide-historian Davut, I recommend!
