I went to Turkey for the first time. We were looking for a quiet small hotel, we wanted to sleep, swim and a maximum of 1 excursion, because it was 8 full days (9 days). Before the trip, I studied all the reviews, many turned out to be very useful, thanks to everyone who honestly wrote them, and not for the sake of advertising.
We were at the hotel at 9:30. We thought we would be left without breakfast, we were pleasantly surprised by our mistake. We were greeted very nicely, fed, immediately settled at 10.00 (of course, 10 bucks), we asked for a quiet room, they gave us 420 (4th floor). Adem speaks perfect Russian, he understood everything. Neither karaoke nor disco was heard, the view from the balcony, however, on 2 neighboring hotels, tables and a little street, but the view did not bother us much.
There is no visor above the balcony, the sun is all day, but it was even a plus - the laundry dried up in a moment. They hung on the railing. Take a couple of clothespins - it blows away with the wind and in the morning towels and shorts are mixed up at all hotels below. There are a couple of chairs and a table on the balcony. The room is small, but you didn’t come to sit in the room, right? The TV is also small, 37. No. Russian channel. There are 15 items in the mini bar. They asked him to release him, they say, we don’t need it, because they heard that there were scandals before leaving, that they used him. Adem, smiling sweetly, passed by his ears. As a result, a couple of days before leaving, we just dumped everything in a suitcase under lock and key, because a couple of times we and other guests had a situation when the senior waiter Ismail came into the room without knocking and opening it with his card, and when he found us there, he made excuses that he had come to check the cleaning and apologized. There was no plate on the door, and we found out late that there was a lock button on the lock. The bar was returned to its place before the delivery of the room and were nearby during its check. Someone's drinks were gone. Unpleasant, albeit a trifle. My friend paid for the safe in the room, about 16-18 bucks. Money and documents, phones were left there.

Shower, toilet, telephone, air conditioning and hair dryer - everything was in order and worked. We have not turned on roaming. I had to take cards from the hotel and call from the phone from the room. It's very inconvenient and expensive! But I didn’t want to take a card at the post office (by the way, it’s more profitable to change lira there, it works from 10 to 5, it seems) and I didn’t want to stand in the heat at the machine, although the post office is right across the street from the hotel. As a result, Adem's 30-minute cards cost 12 bucks, and Oscar's for some reason 11. And they always called every time from the 15th, constantly the whole long set broke down, often ended up at the hotel, everyone was nervous. And then Adem took 5 dollars from us, allegedly, we typed incorrectly and said something. But we didn't talk to anyone but him. Apparently, the salary is low... For example, I know that the bartender has 800 bucks per month. It is open from 14.00 to 23.30 6 days a week.
Towels were changed if they were left on the floor. They put shampoos, there were no problems with toilet paper either. They charged $1 for cleaning. They even made swans 1 time, and so all the hearts and fans, even from nighties))) There is also a telephone in the toilet) The shower is cramped, don’t wave your elbows much)))
You can’t bring water to the room, but they don’t bring it there, only a paid bar. But we took bottles in a beach bag and collected from a cooler on the beach, especially if we went on an excursion in the morning. True, a couple of times the water smelled of bleach, apparently, it ended in the evening and Misha (beach-boy) poured water from the tap)) The main thing is not to carry water openly. And since we are coffee lovers, the room is on the 4th floor, and coffee and tea with water are downstairs and everything is closed at 23.00, we took a couple of strong plastic glasses, a mini boiler, coffee and sugar from home with us. At first, they hid all this - they can’t eat and drink in the room, use other electrical appliances (and we took a mini iron and our 2 hair dryers), and then we got sick and everything was lying around in plain sight, just like cognac, and peaches, and chocolate. But we were always comfortable)))
The restaurant is cozy, beautiful, calm, everything is enough for everyone. The choice is not great, but everyone was full. A lot of sharp things, such as pickled peppers, be careful with them. There were fruits, but they were not sweet, I ate grapes (sweet), watermelon instead of drinking. Very tasty bread. Sweets on the fan (or very soaked biscuits or all sorts of jelly), in the evening were like cakes. They made pancakes, pancakes, pizza, scrambled eggs a couple of times in the morning. But sometimes you have to stand behind them - the cook is not the many-armed Shiva. They cooked on the grill for 8 days only a couple of times, although in other 4 kakh nearby every day, we could clearly see from the balcony))) Bar - beer is good, not as it is often diluted. The wine is sour. But you can drink a cold glass at lunch. Crayfish - aniseed dregs - not for everyone. There is VoTka (namely with the letter "T") This is their local drink a la Rus, only less than 40 degrees. If you drink something - it's fine. There is a gin, it is excellent with tonic or sprite. All other alcohol and cocktails, ice cream and fresh juice - for a fee. I don’t know the prices, this was enough and cognac taken from home for coffee.

Bar until 23.00. Karaoke (cat concert, but sometimes they sing well and you can have fun) - until 23.30. From 23.30 - disco. Entrance from the street. Free for hotel guests. They are the only ones there, and the locals are standing watching, as if they are buying a cow in the market. I advise you to go with friends from the hotel, if there is no goal to become another Natasha. and if you want "turkish love", then even the waiters from the hotel quietly show signs of attention and invite you for a night walk. like the merchants. Russian girls have created a bad reputation for themselves, but everyone suffers in a row... The disco bar is paid. And not cheap. Beer - 6 bucks. Right there in the mini market across the street it is 3. But they will not let you in with it. Drink on the street or on the night coast, fortunately, the beach is not closed, at least sleep there on a sun lounger. and the sea is warm) But gendarmes go there, so don't get rowdy, they can check the voucher.
The beach is clean, which cannot be said about the road to it, sometimes the shoes are lying around, the Russians walked at night... The road to the beach is not tiring. past hotels and shopping arcades, the Turks are friendly, greet, ask how you are, invite you to their shops. It's good to warm up after breakfast and take a walk. There are plenty of sun loungers and tables. Mini bar on the beach. There is the kindest Misha the hard worker. Under the scorching sun from 7 am until late. We presented it with chocolate and mini-vodka. He loves sweets, but probably doesn’t drink, especially since Muslims were fasting. And he allowed us to draw water, treated us to watermelon, did not take money for a broken glass, brought drinks, then we parted very warmly. On the beach they offer a parachute, a scooter, a banana. Last 10 bucks. I don't remember the rest. They are not allowed to enter other people's 5-star beaches - they see the color of the bracelet. And the lady who wrote about the pier in the review is lying! The pier is next to the Xena. This is a 5-all-super-inclusive. There are always on duty and only their guests dive from it! And you will be escorted out, which is unpleasant.
The hotel has free Wi-Fi. Ask Adem for the code. This is the phone number on your bracelet. But he catches only at the reception, in the bar and a little at the pool and at karaoke. We didn’t catch it on the 4th floor or even in the restaurant. People, get acquainted, communicate, walk! Why do you need to hang around there in the internet, you will have time to post a photo upon arrival. It makes sense only through Skype to call close relatives, economically, if you took a tablet or netbook.
The hotel area is small, but everything is tasteful and beautiful, a great backdrop for photos. There is no entertainment at all, I read that on Saturdays the uncle plays and sings live and the waiters dance with the vacationers, but we were not lucky to see this. A lot of people left that day, and the uncle refused to go, although almost half of the hotel (rooms 25) were occupied. Who saw - were satisfied.

You can swim in the pool until 7pm. There were lazy people and pubs))) There is nothing to do in the pool. Boredom. And there is no breeze - the yard is closed. There were no children. The contingent of the hotel is mothers with adult sons and daughters, couples from 25 to infinity, single aunts (like us))) and uncles in pairs or one at a time. Everything is fine, calm and quiet. And in the evening a little livelier. The first couple of days are all lost, then they get used to and get to know each other, go on excursions together, sit in a bar and everything is fine!
Immediately upon arrival, I went to the hammam at the hotel. it cost 25 bucks without a mask for the whole body, only for the face. I advise you to do it on the day of arrival before going to bed. Very relaxing, then you go sleepy, especially if you flew at night. In principle, I liked it, but I rested for a very long time and often between procedures, and I scrub myself harder at home, and here the boy, it seems, just stroked me and shifted my limbs from place to place, but it’s also nice )))
I took sneakers with me, like to the gym. Moreover, on the street nearby there is a playground with exercise equipment and a basketball court, free of charge. You laugh. Don’t even take it if you don’t go to the mountains on a bike for a day. In the corner of the hammam there are 3 exercise machines and dumbbells. - This is the entire "gym" room. And they reached the site after dinner at 9 o’clock - pitch darkness, stuffiness at the end of July and completely in front of the locals, who click their tongues and frankly stare, they don’t want to puff there. Walk more, visit active excursions and swim and put less on your plate, after 5 days you will try everything, the choice there is small in food, and you will get bored, then you won’t bring any extra pounds from your vacation.
In the malls next to the hotel there is a bicycle rental - 2 bucks per hour. And electric stools on 3 wheels - 10 bucks an hour. They took great, went to their local chain supermarket Migros. They took turns. Veliki guarded))) Riding in the twilight is not a fountain. The roads are narrow, vacationers drive on carts and stools, and the locals on bikes and cars, you can’t quickly accelerate through an unknown area and it’s stuffy. But still good) a couple of hours is enough with the store for the eyes. In Migros, by the way, they take lira, bucks, and euros. And some cheaper than the hotel. But far away.

Shopping - do not go with hotel guides to Kemer in 4 large shopping centers. Even if it's free. Even if they are intimidating. Everyone who went - wasted 4 hours. the goods are. But it's expensive and there is nothing to choose from. From the entire bus, acquaintances said that 1 tourist had bought something in total. The rest just stared. Compare prices: a leather jacket was bought there for 400 greens. We bought good leather for a size 50 man in Camyuva not far from the hotel for 250 (and then threw off another 20). At the entrance to the village there is a clock tower (on the way to Migros). We read the same in the reviews. To the right of it, a little walk - an elderly uncle is altering the skin right on the street. There are cars. He has a shop with leather and sheepskin coats. Our friends bought from him. Also cheap. We didn’t find anything, he called, a car came for us, the four of us were taken to the rows to the hotel, there is a shop where prices are also low and there is a large selection. They bought it there. We returned to the hotel on foot - 3 steps. Yesoi, you are not going on a tour because of the market (on Wednesday, it seems, but in Kemer on Tuesday) - don't be stupid. They have the same product and the same prices. We have to bargain. For cheap things, they throw off little and reluctantly, for expensive ones, if you take more than 1 thing - more discount. Buy in the morning while there is no crowd - more discount. Not everyone reacts respectfully to an attempt to bargain. but this is if the T-shirt is already 5 bucks, and you ask for 3. Would you buy a T-shirt for an adult in Russia for 100 rubles? Even China synthetics - no. Do not take those fruits that do not allow you to try or your friends did not take. The pomegranates were expensive, but they turned out to be savory. . . Talk more at the hotel with those who will leave soon, they will tell you everything and show you where it is better and cheaper. Smile and don't be rude to the locals, our gloomy, dissatisfied muzzles, rumpled in the morning and smoky in the evening, are a sign of Russians.
Made it to the tour.
If you take excursions from a hotel guide, then get ready to overpay. The fact that this excursion will be good or bad is not a fact. what you overpay - for sure. Based on the reviews, we initially chose an excursion to Olympus by cable car for ourselves and were not going anywhere else because of saving time and money. As a result, acquaintances took her to the hotel for $65. They were brought. On the way, they said a few words. We loaded 70 people into the trailer and sent some of them upstairs. On the way they took pictures, they looked at the top through binoculars, it’s bad to shoot, because at the height everything is in a haze. We went downstairs and got on the bus. It all took 2.5 hours and 65 bucks. They were dissatisfied. Another friend went to Demre - she liked everything (also a hotel guide). She didn't compare prices. So everything is ambiguous. I heard a lot of negative reviews on food on excursions from the guide, and for the price. We have never heard anything negative about excursions from the street. Because the price-quality is more acceptable... In many reviews, Ginza-tour and Jacobs-tour are advised. You don’t need to look for them - go along the rows, they will put advertising booklets into your hands and offer you everything.
But there are still reviews about the already legendary Raphael. that lives on the beach. We ignored it at first. And they were going to take it on the street. Therefore, they lied to the guide in the face that we apologize, but we are not the first time in Turkey, we have been everywhere, there is no money and we will not go anywhere. He arranged an interrogation for us, but let us go from the meeting, after he took off the vouchers and boarding passes, very dissatisfied back home. Well, they have a percentage on this and on shopping and very annoyingly impose their excursions.

FIND Raphael. His safari (personally designed itinerary) is fantastic!! ! After that, nothing could surprise us anymore. A storm of emotions, impressions, many became friends there, he himself is a soul-man, literate, speaks excellent Russian, charming, cheerful, patient, responsible, everyone was fascinated by him!
He walks on the beach every day, except for those two when he takes him on a safari. He himself comes up, stocky, with a belly, in long shorts and a bandana, a blue-eyed Turk with a slight accent and unobtrusively talks about a jeep safari and a yacht. It also offers diving. If you get hot urgently, but you can’t see him anywhere, go to where they sit with bananas and scooters, ask him, they can even call him. If you really need it, I have a phone number. Ask - I'll write.
Now about the safari. We were told about it with enthusiasm by 4 people, and we decided too. It costs 70 dollars. But this is not for 2.5 hours, but for 14 hours!! ! We were picked up from the hotel at 9 and returned at 23.00-23.30. And all this time they endlessly watered, fed, entertained, rolled, told a lot of interesting things at stops, the time flew by in one breath. And if you are a company, or you get to know each other there, then it won’t be boring on other days, I assure you! What it was: 2 to 4 jeeps with fun modern music and from our old comedies. Bathing in a mountain river (15 degrees water). Tea and honey treats. We saw trout. Chinaru, which is 2 thousand years old, rode on donkeys. They collected water from mountain springs and poured water over each other all the way, so it was not hot at all, but it was fun and not scary on the serpentine. they saw how firewood was stored along the roads, how sage was harvested in whole cars. As they make cakes with goat's milk on an open hearth, they fed us with tea, very tasty! We were in a private garden and were treated to peaches. Watched. how livestock breeders and their animals live in the mountains. Ate watermelons at the next stop in the mountains. Bathed in the sea. We ate the fruits of the chocolate tree, tried mussels, we were treated to ice cream, we stopped at a store with inexpensive Turkish tea, but no one imposed anything. We were played national instruments and sang. For lunch and dinner, they ate trout in a special way baked, you will lick your fingers! We climbed Mount Chimera (national park), there we looked at the ruins of the monastery, Rafael took wine, sausages and marshmallows there. All the guides brought, let them go for a photo and drove their groups down, and he poured wine for everyone, said a very beautiful toast, then the legends associated with this place and then we fried sausages and marshmallows on the eternal fires of the Chimera. We were all envious. There was a feeling of unity, warmth, lightness, friendship. We are not tired at all. It seemed that we were endlessly treated and everyone learned something new. Rafael took water in abundance. Toilets were everywhere and free of charge. In the cars it was dark with music, they rolled back, after this trip a company appeared. And not at all against the background of alcohol, but against the background of fireworks of emotions. All other safaris fade. Highly recommend. There were people who went last summer, and this time they went again and said that it became even more interesting. I have a photo in my contact. And on Facebook. Paul Victoria. Perm.
Even from Rafael we went on a yacht with captain Ali from Kemer. We were taken there in a jeep. Dropped back from the sea to the beach. It is also cheaper than others - $ 20 from 10 to 16.30. Lunch included. Drinks are paid or take away. In Kemer, people on the beach bought for 30. It's better to go there with a company. After the safari it seemed long and boring. After a safari, nothing compares at all. There were very beautiful seashores. We saw turtles. There was a foam disco twice. Three times we stopped in the bays (but not near the shore) and swam. There are circles and pasta and vests on the yacht. There is a shower to rinse, toilet, bar. Yacht 2 floors plus sunbathing mattresses upstairs. Very handsome Captain Ali, his wife (behind the bar) and his daughter are sweet. Ali changed clothes and danced a belly dance (in a woman's outfit), then a couple more dances with a pirate. It was a fun competition. Photographed with a parrot. Those who wanted to, for $ 8, could visit the Phaselis National Park, while others were swimming. But we went there ourselves earlier and not at all for an hour. We didn't go there. The campaign will also be fun, but you will have to have more fun yourself.

Phaselis Park. As many write, you can go there yourself. The bus stops directly across the road from the hotel, it is written and ask the driver. Travels often. It costs 2.5 dollars. Drive 10-15 minutes. The park is open from 9:00 to 19:00. Arrived early - not allowed, had to wait. It's very beautiful and you don't feel the heat. We regretted that we did not take dry rations at the hotel - we had to return for dinner. Pine forest, Greek ruins and the sea, completely different, not the same as our beach. Warm, shallow, sand and pebbles are different. We swam in 3 bays and went further in the shade of the forest to watch and take pictures. Didn't even feel the heat. Cars and buses drive there, and from the sea - boats from yachts. From the sea entrance 8 green. From the shore - 8 lira. Exchange in advance at the post office before 5 o'clock. In total, we spent 9.5 dollars with travel, and the mass of impressions did not suffer from the heat, it is invisible there. The toilet is also free. And they sell something, but we had our own water. Our friends then went there again just to swim and walk.
I had a birthday during my vacation))) As in other hotels, they don’t congratulate here and don’t give a cake. I asked in advance. But you can order. We were made for 6 people for 20 dollars. Very tasty, unusual! In Russia, 1 kg of cake to order costs or is more expensive. They also decorated the table for dinner. For all the time of rest, no one had such a thing! A tablecloth of a different color sprinkled with fresh flowers and colored gel candles, smartly folded napkins and serving. When it got a little dark and we had dinner, we turned on Happy idleness instead of music and a line of embarrassed young waiters came out with an orchestra with something (pipe, timpani, tour drum, some kind of balalaika, just forks and plates), Ismail carried a cake with 1 candle - fireworks! And they rang, blew, rattled))) General shock and my pleasant confusion. Thanks a lot to the hotel, I was very happy and pleased!
Maybe she didn't tell everything. But as a result: what kind of rest they were looking for, this is what they got. They were satisfied. Little things are forgotten. The safari played a decisive role, go there immediately for 2-3 days of rest to make friends. The hotel is clean, comfortable, stylish, warm. The staff is sometimes too helpful, quick, smiling, friendly. We didn’t experience any problems with the language anywhere, everyone around speaks Russian. Some Turks have Russian and Ukrainian wives. I can only support the advice of someone who wrote a review here: people, smile! You have read everything and you know where you are going. Don't go dissatisfied! You have chosen a quiet hotel, so go to karaoke, to a disco, in a cafe on the street, an uncle also sings nearby, look for excursions, socializing, shopping. The staff is not to blame, especially the waiters and maids, for being told about other hotels. Everything comes from the owner of the hotel. If you were told that they could not do this or asked for something - this is not out of harm - they are very obedient and follow the rules prescribed by the manager, who often appears at the hotel in the evening. And the staff takes pride in their work. Do not arrange reprimands and scandals without understanding. The first 2 days are strange. Then you will like everything. Ask what I can - I will answer.
