Ужасный отель, не рекомендую Terrible hotel, do not recommend

We are on holiday from 12.09. -26.09. 2023 there was never lamb or seafood in the hotel, no ice cream in original packaging, no ice cream according to the hotel concept as “shawarma”, it is cut off with a knife (although it was shown in the review for 2023). The problem with sparkling wine (champagne) is that it is not even in the central forehead. The cleaning is bad especially in the bungalows. We are not happy with our vacation, the hotel is not worthy of 5 stars, it doesn’t even reach 3. There is no animation, there are no children's animators who work with children, there are no playgrounds for children like current ones. We are very unhappy and disappointed. We went to the reception with a complaint about the ice cream and were told that they were removing ice cream from 21.09, although it had not been there before that date. In the snack bar there were potatoes that were made in foil, they were there on the 4th day until 16, now they are gone too, everything is decreasing, but prices for holidays are not decreasing. So the hotel saves on us, they take the money in full, but do not provide service.
