Отель хорошая 4-ка, но ни как не 5* The hotel is a good 4, but not 5*

This is not the first time in Turkey. We always stay in HV-1 hotels. From this hotel expected about the same high level. But it wasn’t there... I write in order:
We arrived at the hotel after 20-00 and we were settled in a room near the road and the tennis court, although we choose HV-1 intentionally all the time to live among the greenery and this hotel was chosen because of the large amount of greenery in the pines. But that was not all - the room was not cleaned after the vacationers who lived there before us, and this was at 8 pm!!! ! There was a huge scandal at the reception - they cleaned it up and the next morning they settled in a new room. The territory of the hotel must be given its due very green and well-groomed. There are really a lot of sunbeds on the beach, but they have so-so shading, and at 17-00 the workers remove all the shade and leave you to lie in the open sun. Looks like they get kicked off the beach. Food....This is a separate issue....It doesn’t smell of any ultra all there. I am not picky about food, but there I ate only vegetables and fruits. Fortunately, they gave a lot of fruit. Alcohol is only local, you will not see any imported drinks there, and you can take it only in one bar by the pool. The lobby bar in the hotel does not exist at all. There are also no a la carte restaurants. Now about the good food - the hotel has a wonderful cafe with excellent Turkish coffee and tea, which is open from 9-00 to 24-00. It pleased. Animation. There is practically none at all, except for the evening shows, which are mostly Miss and Mr. Hotel. Oh yes - and in this hotel Sunday is a day off at the animation and kids club !! ! Well at least the canteen is open. The kids club here is great - your kids are constantly taken care of, they are constantly doing some kind of crafts, learning English and playing games. The kids are just standing in a crowd outside the kids club waiting for the opening. Thanks to the girls in the kids club - it was they who saved our vacation from a complete failure, because the child was sooooo happy. And of course, a beautiful sea with an excellent almost sandy entry, which is not typical for Kemer.
