All my negative subjective impressions are connected with the settlement and the tour operator. We were able to check into Xizu only by the evening of August 3. . . We spent the second of August near the reception, trying to figure out the reason for the lack of rooms. Well, no, that's all. We (there were six families there, all with children) waited for the Pegasus representatives only at five in the evening. And this representative named Murat announced to us that we are nobody here and there is no way to call us. And no one owes us anything. If he does something, it will be only out of pure philanthropy. "But don't forget to tip. " Having paid almost two thousand bucks for a week's vacation, I was shocked by such a revelation. My son and I spent the night in another hotel, already on the second line, with windows overlooking a busy highway even at night. And that's nothing... There, one family was offered a room with a single bed. And the girl, they say, will sleep on a cot... Heh... The trick is that the family consisted of a grandmother, her granddaughter and her son-in-law... Zyatek got, hmm... And we were offered to share a room with other people. . . Just go nuts. . . Yes, I initially put $ 20 for the settlement. . . What's the point? . .
So an excellent room for the remaining five days could not remove the negative impression of the hotel. + another rude boy at the reception. In fact: the beach is small, there were not enough places, but the security guards of the neighboring hotel allowed sunbathing on their beach without any problems. The pools are not water, but pure chlorine. In the indoor pool of Rosa Residence (Xiza is one of four Roses, it is part of one complex. By the way, this is why there are few places on the beach: residents of four bleaching stations practically relax on the territory of two hotels.
Food is good. Meat, liver, fish is always there. Chicken - several types. Well, in general, if you go to eat - Ksiza is a suitable option. There is no animation during the day. In the evening - some strange concerts. "Children's Club" - a small, forever empty room with dirty green walls. "Aquapark" - two old small slides. "Gym" - a twelve-meter room and three exercise machines.
And again about Pegasus. The girl Zhanna, the Pegasus guide, brought us to the airport on the day of departure and immediately dumped us. And the terminal was not the same... Mdya. Well, a very sociable uncle turned out to be with us, who was able to persuade the bus driver who brought German tourists to take us to another terminal, two kilometers away. I don’t know how we would get there with suitcases and children otherwise. We chipped in two bucks from the nose - and managed to back to back on the plane. I noticed that the German guides stand with their groups right up to passport control. And this, I think, is normal. But Pegasus - no words...

The central air conditioner was broken when we arrived, it took two days to fix it!!!!! ! And this is in their heat. But even after the repair, he barely coped. There are NO trees on the territory!!! ! Several withered palms. The only good food was breakfast. Buns, eggs and cheese are hard to mess up. Everything else is not edible. The attitude of the staff at the hotel is 3 with a minus.
