Ужасней не бывает It doesn't get worse

I have never seen such horror. I have been to Turkey many times. I have been to 3.4 and 5 star hotels. This hotel just pissed me off. We were driving on the roulette wheel. The contract was a 4 star hotel. Brought to this - 2 minus. They demanded documents for 4 stars, they didn’t give us anything. They promised to deliver in a week. Funny??? ? That is, when we leave. I can't say a single positive thing about this hotel. Imagine, for seven days there was hot water in the room once. We even saw a cockroach - as much as 3 cm !!!!!!! ! Linen has never been changed, towels can be changed at the reception once every three days, Cleaning-poured water on the floor and moved with a rag-and EVERYTHING !!!! ! In general, just HORRIBLE!!!!! ! I think I have briefly but clearly described this hotel. Tourists don't go there. Spoil your vacation
