I'd like to point out that this hotel was a complete disappointment for us. I've never encountered such a lackadaisical attitude towards guests anywhere before.
We chose this hotel through a tour operator. When we booked the tour, we were told it was a 4-star hotel, but in reality, it falls far short of the advertised standard.
On our first day, when we checked in, reception didn't provide us with the Wi-Fi password; we were told it was a paid service. We were okay with that, but when we got to our room, we were horrified. As you can see from the photos, the refrigerator doesn't work and is in terrible condition, the shower is worn out, the sofa is old and hideous, and the closet doesn't even have basic hangers. There's no trash can or toilet paper in the shower. We asked several times for toilet paper and a trash can, but nothing was done.
The refrigerator is very old, and the elevator doesn't work. The worst part is that the staff completely ignores all of these issues. They pretend they don't understand anything, just look at your face and don't react.
If a hotel advertises itself as good and welcomes tourists, why doesn't it address such basic issues? The food, desserts, and sweets also leave a bad impression—it's clear they use cheap ingredients.
We've been asking for our room to be cleaned for five days now, but it hasn't been done properly. I wanted to get a refund, but the tour operator said it wasn't possible. We then asked to change hotels. They offered us a 5-star hotel for an additional 37.000 tenge. We didn't agree to this amount because we'd already spent a fair amount on the tour and excursions.
We were later told that there's a huge difference between 4-star and 5-star hotels and that they can't be compared. But when we initially purchased the tour, this hotel was presented to us as a decent 4-star option. After the purchase, we read the reviews and immediately asked to change the hotel, but they said it wasn't possible. When we arrived and saw everything with our own eyes, we again asked for the issue to be resolved, but we never received any real help.
I'm completely disappointed. The hotel doesn't even have dry cleaning. The staff doesn't speak any foreign languages and can't communicate properly with foreign guests. So why accommodate foreigners if they can't understand even the most basic requests? When I asked for toothpicks, the staff just looked at each other, confused, and then said they didn't have any.
I believe a hotel like this shouldn't accept tourists in such a state. I want this hotel to be looked into, investigated, and addressed.
But it so happened that in the beginning we submitted an application, and then read comments. There was no way to refuse (due to sanctions ???? ). And it’s good that she trusted her travel agent-Svetlan from travel agency , , Swan , , , , . She said do not believe in blind, sometimes they order reviews, sometimes people exaggerate because of some insults of insignificant ones. And I trusted her, and did not regret it. The hotel is magnificent, they rested healthy, I want more. The guy on the rescue is very fair, should be settled at 14.00, settled us at 13.30 (earlier, if the numbers are free). But eviction takes place at 12.00, and earlier, rarely someone leaves the room. We ourselves left, exactly 5 minutes 12.00. You can by the way, having evicted lunch and dinner anyway, if you have a bus in the evening. Drive !! ! There were a huge number of people every day, and there are many English -speaking ones, and there were many Kazakhs, only the German language did not hear ??? ? . Nature pleased, around the mountain, the sea is clean, warm. Everything is fine!! !

Yes, and they probably come in every day, because things were not in their place, and 10 euros were stolen from us.
But to change the towels or just supply toilet paper - no, they are just looking for something. The food is disgusting, tasteless or has a vinegary taste to the whole dish. The only normal drinks are tea and cola. I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW FOR YOU, PEOPLE. PLEASE DON'T REPEAT OUR MISTAKES! FOR THIS MONEY YOU WILL FIND A BETTER OPTION THAN THIS AND YOU CAN EVEN SAVE!
The beach is small, also dirty, there are not enough sun loungers for everyone. And there are a lot of stones, so without special shoes there will be flour there. Choose another hotel, but on this one you need to hang a barn lock and close it. The main pool, by the way, is rather deep, about 165 cm approximately. And there is no smooth approach. So if children swim poorly, then only with circles or armbands. And the small pool, well, it can be up to an adult’s knee, only very young children can splash around there. I liked the village of Kirish itself. Kemer is close. Lots of shops. Just don’t go to this hotel, choose any other and you won’t go wrong.

In the morning, my son and I went to the pool and slide - this is the only plus of this hotel. The pool bar is in very poor condition. Everything is dirty, stinks, swarming with flies and bees. The juice machine often only leaks water, or it is simply turned off to save money, just like the coffee machine. Cola and Sprite with a strange aftertaste, no forfeits. I haven't tried alcohol. The coffee and tea were delicious but also often ran out. The glasses and plates are reusable plastic.
Which the bartender rinsed with just water on the bar. The food is not very varied. What can be called from meat is chicken liver with hearts, stewed chicken pieces, grilled chicken backs, stewed potatoes with chicken gizzards, semi-finished products such as kebab. Once there was baked mackerel. Vegetables, fruits, salads. Desserts for Eid al-Fitr were Turkish sweets. The beach is a 7 minute walk away. But the beach is tough, of course. I really love the sea in Kemer, but here in Kirishi even it looks dull. Because the beach has been destroyed by people and probably no one is going to put it in order. (I will add a photo). Sun loungers are scattered, there is a lot of garbage, there are water attractions on both sides, umbrellas are lying on the beach. The area smells like cat urine. The elevators don't work. The room was not cleaned for 10 days. The hotel is just dying. I've seen more than one economy hotel, but this one is simply the worst. I would say that this is 2 stars and not 4. There are 10 staff.
They are both bartenders and cleaners. Drinks often run out and are not replenished. The juice and coffee machines are often turned off. Only included during lunch and dinner. The restaurant is very stuffy and the air conditioning is not turned on. The forks often ran out and I stood there waiting 15 minutes for them to arrive. There is no rush to clear dirty plates from the tables at all (I’ll add a photo). The photo shows the tables during lunch. I asked to remove one table because there was no place to sit. Some people ate while standing. Hotel guests often drink near the pool at night without cleaning up after themselves. In the morning you can see the remnants of yesterday's luxury. The staff does not clean the tables between the sun loungers. When occupying a sun lounger, you need to take this table away yourself so that you don’t feel this aroma while sunbathing. I talked to the store clerks near the hotel and they say that the hotel was closed for several years and now it has been opened. And this is very noticeable. The staff does not want to work and in general it was very rare to meet them.
The tiles near the pool are always dirty. It was never washed during our stay. The hotel area is small. And she is not well-groomed. Lots of layouts and insects. Huge beetles about 5 cm in color, black and brown, are running around (they look like cockroaches to me). The first time I left the hotel, I was happy with the desire to forget this hotel like a bad dream and never return there again.
The music is so loud that it was impossible to fall asleep on the 5th floor. Until 23:00. In fact, it was excluded later. Mostly Russian pop, songs with mothers. I don't know what the people who came there with children or the elderly did ... , the hotel administration, take into account, THIS IS DISREPENSION! People come to relax, and have the right to choose, listen to terrible music or sleep, for example. Take everyone to the club every day! Make another room like Mia Rosa for fun, turn on that awful pop quieter, after all.

The bartender said in a boorish tone that "there is no such thing" when I asked for a disposable glass for a drink. But still then giving. I used only disposable dishes, because the dishes there are a separate topic. People are looking for clean plates to take to eat. Lots of obviously dirty dishes, with leftovers from previous meals.
The same bartender asked me and my friend, who had an injured leg, to sit at another table, because he wanted to sit at the one where we were sitting. Horror.
Flies hang out right above the food. If you do not take this into account, the food here is probably a plus ... , many, different dishes, sweets, watermelon, delicious side dishes. Coffee is great, but delicious beer and juices.
As for whether the hotel meets its price ...then no. I'm not ready to pay for not sleeping through those horrible "discos" in ten days, if you can call it that. If not, then the hotel would be worth it. And this, I think, will not allow either 3 stars or 5 stars in the hotel. This is unacceptable anywhere. As well as dirty dishes, bedding and rudeness.
In my opinion, the number of stars is about the interior of the room, perhaps the condition of the beach and sunbeds, varied and delicious food or not. But everything I described above is something that will not be allowed anywhere.
It was best to eat less but clean dishes.
Let the room be with the worst renovation, but clean bedding, etc. , because there is a limit to everything, at least. Therefore, I do not recommend this hotel.
