I chose this hotel based on reviews, and the most recent! I arrived at about 10 am, check-in at 2:00 pm, i. e. decent wait. I was offered to immediately go to breakfast, then they told me where I could change (downstairs, in the toilet, which turned out to be very spacious), and leave my suitcase in the lobby at the reception (i. e. there is no separate room for these purposes). I did so. I asked for a room on the first floor.
The hotel has 2 buildings: A and B. The reception and dining room (not a restaurant) are located in building A.
They gave me room 207, there is a large closet, 2 beds (the beds are just great !!! ), air conditioning (it worked very well for me), a small refrigerator (empty, and I didn’t understand at all whether it works or not, in fact it I didn’t even need it), a dressing table with a mirror, a large mirror next to it on the wall, a balcony with a small table and 2 chairs, a drying rope, a toilet with a shower. MINUS - built-in shower! I was extremely uncomfortable. Cleaning every other day, towels are not changed, you have to go to the reception yourself and ask. From toiletries: liquid soap. Hair dryer is good, not portable.

It is very stuffy in the lobby at the reception, but it is best to catch wi-fi there, which, by the way, costs $ 8 for 7 days. The quality of the communication provided does not justify this money....yes, you can write in whatsapp, but photos and even more so videos were not sent, and photos were not loaded from social networks, although the audio call was normal.
The hotel presents itself as a family hotel. Why - I don't know! The pool is one and small (but with a slide), i. e. there is no separate children's pool, no animators, an ugly playground for children no older than 3-4 years. Since I traveled alone, of course, this doesn’t matter to me, but! if my daughter was with me (she is almost 8 years old), she would be sooooo bored! at 21:00 there was a children's disco for 20 minutes, then for adults until 23:00.
There is a bar on the territory of the hotel near the pool, from 10:00 to 10:00 at least get drunk, different drinks, including alcohol, you can have cocktails, after 22:00 everything is the same for a fee, but I won’t say why (I didn’t drink, so did not ask prices).
FOOD! I didn't like the food in general. From fruits every day only watermelons. Boiled vegetables are not tasty, apparently because of the water. Plenty of tomatoes, cucumbers, salads. Garnish - pasta, something like rice, potatoes. Meat - chicken and beef in an unusual form for Russians, but cool, you can eat.
Drinks are all from vending machines.
The dishes were not always perfectly clean, but all hotels suffer from this.
There are always napkin holders and salt on the tables. There was no pepper, no toothpicks either.
The staff - young cheerful guys, sociable, talkative, of course the Russian language is not perfect, but we understood each other perfectly.
On the territory there is a hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, massage. "Catches and invites" there until you get tanned and just arrived, such a friend is Ruslan. Everything is clear and well-organized. Costs $20 for 2 hours of fun. I really liked it. I took an hourly massage for 5 days ($ 100).

BEACH. Mdaaa, with such an impeccably delightful sea, the beach leaves much to be desired! there are sun loungers, no mattresses. Shade is created by ugly canopies, i. e. for a beach 4 * hotel it's just a shame. There is no dressing room, you can rinse after the sea from somewhere sticking out the shower (it all looks unpresentable). From the territory of neighboring hotels they drive away, only in the evening it is possible when the bracelets are not visible in the dark : -)
Excursions. I heard a lot of reviews from tourists who had already gone somewhere, and decided not to overpay for the tour from my guide, but took it from the Travel Agency "CIRALI TOOR" GINZA TRAVEL, which is a 2-minute walk from the hotel (on the left), employee Hasan ( phone: +9.553 11.90 83) will tell you everything, show you, advise you, connect you to your Wi-Fi, which works great, unlike the hotel one. In general, I recommend! I have been diving and rafting! Emotions over the edge, it was cool!! ! The difference between excursions between a guide and an agency is that the agency does not carry around markets and shops, it costs much less. in different places, lunch), and video and photography are also offered separately for $20.
TOTAL. This is not a family hotel! At 3 * it pulls, but not at all at 4 *, wi-fi is weak, I think that paying $ 8 for it is not worth it.
If you need a hotel-style vacation, so that the children are busy and don’t pull you, then this hotel will definitely not suit you!
If you came exclusively to the sea, on excursions, then it is quite possible to get by with this hotel.
