Ужаснейший отель Terrible hotel

I would not recommend this hotel even for free! It is better not to go on vacation at all than to go to this hotel! I'll start with accommodation. They settled in the basement, saying that there were no places. What terrible smells there are, words can not convey. All inclusive but nothing to eat. Sour salads, the smell of rotten food, the food is all old. There is no hot water, you have to wash cold. We were told no towels and then never gave. There is no private beach here, as the travel agent promised us.
The most interesting thing is that this hotel was sold to us as a good four, assuring that all the bad reviews are lies, and on the hotline of the tour operator Tui we were told that this is one of the worst threes. To move to a chuuuuut better hotel, we were offered to pay extra from $ 600, if even better, then from $ 1000. We wanted to find a hotel ourselves through booking, but it does not work in Turkey.
They observed a picture of how an unfamiliar woman was hooked up to one girl, as there were not enough places in the hotel. The elevator does not work, so no one will help you carry your luggage. The linen on the bed was dirty, the bedspread was stained, I had to sleep under my jacket! ! Things were not even taken out of the suitcase, there was dirt in the closet! This is one big nightmare, not a hotel! Don't go here, you will regret it 100%!! !
