I chose the hotel myself, so I monitored the reviews, I always take into account both positive and negative, and share everything in half. In this case, I was very surprised, my first impression was that I was not brought there, but realistically, and now by points
1. The location of the hotel is really cool, the beach, the sea, the entrance is pebble with sand, it is better to have corals, but you can do without them. A beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. The building itself is quite nice from the outside, that's probably the only thing I would give a 10 for, but

2. Renovation 2021 - I don't know where exactly it was. Viewed a certain number of numbers. NO, the numbers are completely dead, I have never seen such state of numbers. In the bathrooms, in general, complete sadness, in almost all rooms there are problems with shower cabins, from which water flows in all directions, and the second floors flood the rooms from below. The smell of sewage. Wallpaper lags behind the walls.
The walls are chipped and plastered Bedside lamps that simply fall off. Mine fell off 4 times.
In some rooms, there are no doors in the cubicles, for which the staff offers to issue a "wagon" of towels for absorbing water. It's simple sadness.
Another separate type of equipment is a refrigerator, in fact it takes up space there, the cooling is about 15 degrees, they said that this is normal!! ! ))) funny
3. The territory is compact, it was not a problem for me, because in general I wanted more silence. BUT...this small area was simply messed up, something from food could be lying underfoot, a trail of ants trampled to it, and none of the staff noticed it. On the third day, she simply could not stand it, went to ask that the area be cleaned, and what, she did not wait for a quick reaction. In fact, the territory was cleaned normally for up to 6 days, when they were waiting for the owner of the hotel. So sorry. Srach is just everywhere. The bushes in the pots all dried up, because in fact they had completely forgotten to water them.
No one washed the perimeter of the pool at all, they put rubber carpets under which there is dirt, just horror.
4. Cleaning the rooms, a separate story, I don't even want to dwell on it.
5. Nutrition. We were not hungry, the selection was very modest. In principle, every day, the same thing. I will not confirm, but I think that there is no kitchen of my own. Salads are mostly made locally, hot food is imported. For breakfast, at most they can fry scrambled eggs. All. There are no tasty pancakes.
I can say the following about food: you won't die of hunger, but don't expect anything like that.
During this period, the fruits were: watermelons, melons, oranges, plums, grapes. All. Personally, I went to eat watermelons)))
Sweets, the selection is modest. For baklava to the bazaar, it's good that it was very twin. Not in the hotel. I will put 5+1 for food (for watermelons)
6. Service: a lot of workers in the restaurant, but very few in the area.

The swimming pool from the announced 10.00-18.00, closed already at 17.30, from what panic, it is not clear.
There is no playground for children, so think for yourself how to create leisure for them.
Beach towels are changed once every 2 days, and it would be a good idea to send most of them for recycling and buy a new batch. Because even those that are issued once every two days, do not have time to dry, and appear wet, this is very strange.
Wi-Fi - there is almost no Wi-Fi in the rooms, but it also works intermittently at the reception. In fact, we had one woman who constantly went to the administrator and forced a reboot, then the signal improved. In general, there was an opinion that they simply turned it off periodically.
Bar: beer, wine, nectars, sprite, cola. If you are a cocktail lover, this is not the place for you. Maximum MALIBU, and all this in plastic cups.
Ice cream, don't wait, for coffee - a break, a roll and some kind of biscuit, every day the same thing, and it's not very tasty.
Leisure, we created it for ourselves, because there is nothing like it here.

There was no BONUS in this hotel, you know who!! ! , did not have to be in the same room.....
8. Finally. I am not a picky tourist, and I had a vacation in Turkey, even at 3. Very disappointed with the condition of the hotel, it is really neglected, although it has very good potential, very cool location. The owners need to draw conclusions.
The hotel is suitable for tourists who do not need loud music, animation, but need a quiet rest, pleasant conditions, and good company
This time we were very lucky with the company, everyone was open to communication, everyone was positive. Every evening they created leisure for themselves, danced, sang, were a single company.
