Renting a bike or moped is a convenient way to explore the city
When I travel around the cities of the world, my main task is to have time to explore the place where I am resting to the maximum during the rest and see everything interesting, not to miss anything. (P. S. I don’t like to be in the same place several times. I want to go everywhere in my life... Therefore, you need to have time to see everything at a time). On foot, this is difficult, long, or unrealistic if you are relaxing in a large city. Therefore, I recommend everyone to rent a bike or moped.
My friend and I were vacationing in Kemer (Turkey). The city is small, but nevertheless, I wouldn’t go around it on foot... Therefore, in the very first days, we rented bicycles. They cost us at the street agency (TGI) $ 1.5 per hour. In my opinion, it’s very convenient to see the city on a bike - it’s quick, you can go to any pedestrian street, to any sights, take pictures... We specifically chose a bike with a basket so that we could put things. True, for experienced “bicycle riders” I want to note that the bikes there are not so hot, heavy, shabby in appearance, the brakes creaked very strongly in mine. But for a city tour they are quite suitable.
A couple of days later, we rented a two-seater moped for $ 10 per hour, got along with a friend, so I got it in the top five, quite cheap....Driving a moped is easy. If you have never driven a motor vehicle, it doesn’t matter, everything is simpler than simple: you turn the right steering wheel towards yourself and the moped rides, let go - it stops quietly... anyone can handle it. It's fun, it's interesting, I got a lot of positive emotions, and in an hour we traveled all over the city.
For active people - you can even go out of town, there are always natural attractions - rivers, canyons, mountains, ancient ruins. I can hardly stand the heat, and for me it is always a problem, I spend the day exclusively at sea... )
