In February, Biglion distributed a promotion on the website: "For the May holidays - to sunny Turkey! 50% discount on a trip to Turkey with direct air travel, accommodation in a 3 *, 4 * or 5 * hotel and other benefits" I thought: "Why not I'll fly to the sea and have a little rest, a week. Everything was paid for and agreed with the distributor of this promotion from 05/06/2012 to 05/13/2012, "Mars Travel" LLC, their website http://www. turistic. ru.
On May 4, I received an email from the agency about the departure from Domodedovo on May 6 at 4-15 Moscow time. I'm happy, okay! But on May 5, around 14-45, an infa came that our flight had been postponed and we were leaving at 18-05. Well, there's nothing to be done. As a result, they flew out of Domodedovo at 20-20 Moscow time with vouchers from the tour operator RTI, their website http://www. rti-tour. ru.
The flight took place on an old UTair Boeing, on which the signs to the emergency exits on the floor were glued with adhesive tape !! ! It stank of excrement in the cabin so that it hurt the eyes !! ! To my reasonable question: What is it? The stewards replied that the previous "kind" tourists from Yekaterinburg threw all sorts of nonsense into the toilets, etc. etc. To say that I was in extreme bewilderment is to say nothing. In flight, we were shaking like pears! But to the credit of the crew, absolutely all the stewards tried to somehow brighten up this gloomy flight, they supported it as best they could. Well done boys! It is a pity that such a wonderful team and fly on such a "bucket of bolts" !!!
We landed at the Antalya airport at 23-20 Moscow time, 22-20 local time. After going through all the formalities, we were met by the RTI representative in Antalya, Tatyana, and took us to Kemer, to the hotels.
We arrived at the hotel at 0-45 on the 7th of May. Here you have a rest from the 6th. We received an answer to our question to the guide Tatyana. We have 7 nights in the voucher, so there is nothing to be particularly indignant about. They resettled us very quickly. The girl Elizabeth at the reception, many thanks to her, did everything clearly and quickly. In the future, if I had any questions, or minor troubles, I turned to her and everything was instantly resolved. Thanks again.
The number of rooms in the hotel should have been updated long ago, and not with a light "cosmetic", but with a major overhaul. Gentlemen, the owners of the hotel !! ! You have a very attentive and sensitive staff, but still, it's time to pay attention to the state of the hotel for a long time! I state this as a fact! Although for me this moment is not fundamental, I look more at the attitude of the staff towards the guest, but I'm not the only one who visits this hotel? )))
The food is a little monotonous. You won't leave hungry though. There is meat beef, chicken, they gave a turkey. Once there were kebabs and grilled veal - a big queue. From fruits - apples, grapefruits, oranges. For breakfast, various jams, jams, etc. Well, the pastry is certainly very, very worthy.
Animation at the hotel was present. From lunch until late in the evening, the animators tried to entertain the guests of the hotel. They held some contests, games with children. Although I personally needed only the sun and water, which I enjoyed using by the pool. The sea on my arrival was clean, but cold. Dipped once and got out. Although the people swam with might and main, I'm just a merzlyachka)))
The entire infrastructure of Kemer is within walking distance. Restaurants, shops, cafes, clubs, everything is nearby. This is a definite plus of the hotel.
Our guide from RTI Rushana appeared at the hotel only once on May 7th to offer excursions. We purchased an excursion to Israel on 9.05. $250 per person. As a result, it cost my husband and me $ 500, including the flight, lunch and dinner in Jerusalem. On May 9, the car was supposed to pick us up at 3-00 at night, and arrived at 3-30, I would have slept for half an hour with pleasure. According to Rushana, we were supposed to be fed breakfast upon arrival in Tel Aviv, but upon arrival we were told that our agency should have provided us with breakfast, like that. On May 11, in the evening, we got a call to the room and RTI representative Anastasia said that we were leaving not on the 13th, but on the 12th. The car will come for us at 17-40, and the plane takes off at 20-50!! ! I was taken aback and was silent for a few seconds on the phone, and then asked the question: "How is it? After all, the voucher has a departure on the 13th and we have paid 7 nights? " The answer followed: "We have the right to postpone the departure time plus or minus 12 hours! " In our case, essno, there was a minus.
I immediately called our guide Rushana with a demand to clarify the situation. Rushana, in general, according to her, was not aware of this situation and promised to find out everything by the morning of the 12th. On the morning of the 12th, I contacted a representative of Mars Travel LLC and asked explain this nightmare. To which she received an answer that RTI had indeed notified Mars Travel LLC about the early departure of 6 tourists with a promise to pay for the lost night of rest upon arrival in Moscow. In the near future we are all going to visit "Mars Travel" LLC and talk in more detail!!!
BOTTOM LINE: The hotel is very convenient for its location, but needs renovation. There is no variety in food, but you will not stay hungry. The staff is very polite and helpful!! ! THIS IS THE BIGGEST PLUS!! ! Will I return to this hotel? Probably yes!
And the most important thing!!! ! DEAR TOURISTS!!! ! NEVER USE RTI TOUR OPERATOR SERVICES!!! ! After all, no one will be able to pay for your torn nerves and ruined vacation!! !
