The hotel was suggested by a travel agency girl, but there are no complaints about her. We arrived at the hotel at 23:40. We waited 40 minutes until they settled, although the room should have been ready by now. There are constant power outages in the hotel. There is light for 15 minutes, the next 5 we sit in total darkness. And this is EVERY EVENING! I don’t know during the day, we didn’t sit in the room, but at night the hotel also remained without light, I noticed the light bulbs on the TV by the light. In the toilet, the shower flows straight onto the floor, while you wash the whole floor turns into a lake, nothing is ventilated, it is stuffy, plus it stinks of sewerage in the toilet. But it's still tolerable. Water drips from the ceiling like rain. You come in to brush your teeth, or do things in the toilet, and from the ceiling the rain washes you with incomprehensible water, either clean, or draining from the sewer pipes. I went to the reception three times, promised to sort it out twice, wrote down the room number, two days passed, but nothing changed, I got angry and went a third time, got into the manager, who sits at the reception after 20:00 and supposedly doesn’t understand Russian . At first, she normally asked me to fix it, she said that there were two days of vacation left, I want to live normally. She called into the room, pointed to the ceiling, her husband was standing nearby. This manager started yelling at me that there is no light in all of Beldibi, although this is not true, we are not blind and we see that there is light on the streets and in neighboring hotels, and ours, like a Christmas tree, either glows or goes out all at once. At the expense of water on his fingers, he began to explain that I was the last moron, that a pipe passes there and drips from it. In response, I began to raise my voice, that I only ask to eliminate what they are obliged to watch, and the money paid for normal living. To which he turned around and left with the words tomorrow. The next day and the day after, NOTHING CHANGED! I asked to change the number, of course they refused. Then I found out that on the whole floor the same garbage is in the toilet. We did not live on the basement floor, but on the ground floor (for them, this is the second floor). We took a standard land view room (with a view of the mountains), read the reviews first and found out that the sea view rooms are very noisy, and people cannot sleep because of the discos and music from both this hotel and from neighboring ones. And in fact, it was so, we met families with children, and everyone complained that it was impossible to sleep. There were also those who agreed to live on the basement floor in the hope that it would be quieter there. Moreover, it was not the administrators who changed, but the tourists agreed among themselves. In general, I am shocked, but there is something to compare with, I have already been to Turkey. The food is monotonous and cold. There were days when there was not even meat and fish for lunch, sausages, which are not possible. Breakfast sausages and eggs. Lots of greens, cucumbers, tomatoes. From fruits every day there were green apples. Once we saw a watermelon, and once a melon. My husband did not even eat them, he said they were not tasty. For children, food is not calculated at all. The poor kids didn’t eat anything except pasta, they came here to gain strength and vitamins. The funny thing is that there were not enough forks in the dining room! At first, they stood in queues for food, then for tea, and then, in order to eat it, they stood in line and waited for forks and spoons! Funny and very sad! People are shocked, everyone expected that they were going to 4 stars, but given that this is Turkey, no one set special requirements, and anyway, the hotel found a way to ruin people's vacation. Everyone just wanted to humanly relax. There were also those who went to eat in neighboring cafes, whose finances allowed them to go to Kemer to cafes and restaurants and take food with them, because it is not possible to eat. In recent days, we have already simply taken vegetables, in the hope that we will soon go home and cook a normal meal. We took a full-day excursion to Demre on the last day before leaving the operator, there the food was included, I liked it very much, I advise. We paid 90 dollars for two, but it's worth it, we worked out this money to the fullest, visited 4 places plus a trip on a yacht, beauty. My advice is don't take this hotel! The only plus is its own beach at the hotel. The Mediterranean Sea is the best, we went to it and it pleased us, and this calms us down. The sea is amazing, warm, beautiful!
