A negative impression began with the settlement - to get into a 4-bed room paid for by a tour, I had to pay $ 60 extra. And that's only on the 3rd try! The room was not completed - for 4 people there were towels for three. Changed linen once in a week! And the beach towels were not changed at all and the administration did not respond to requests in any way.
BUT the worst was yet to come. Meals - there was no air conditioning system throughout the hotel and restaurant (the room had an old air conditioner with a remote control, which, however, was not possible to use because of the dirty filter, there was nothing to breathe from it).
There was no children's menu, in principle, there was nothing to feed the children - there were no dairy products, all the dishes were cold and filled with inedible sauces.
There was no organization for the distribution of food - the queue stretched to the street, people crowded and this is a pandemic!
A separate issue is serving and cleanliness. Dirty tablecloths, sticky and greasy plates. Knowing that an early departure tomorrow, we asked the reception to prepare lunch boxes for the children in the morning, to which the director (! ) of the hotel said that the restaurant was finished. This is the service, right?
There was no animation at the hotel - during the week of rest there was a meager entertainment program only twice.

The holiday was ruined, continuous stress all week. And here are some shots to prove it.

The food is not particularly varied, but quite tasty. From fruits, we were given watermelons, tangerines and apples every day, on some days there were plums, melons and oranges. The choice of desserts is small and they are quickly sorted out, after a while they bring a couple more types. The only coffee machine in the dining room was breaking all the time.

The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Cleaned every day, but the toilet was not washed. Towels and linen will be changed if you ask, otherwise you can not wait.

The toilet in the room was just a terrible 19 . . year of release, staggered and flushed disgustingly.

Mattresses are also not particularly felt bulging springs.

On the territory of 2 pools, one with slides, there is a shower on the beach. The beach - here the sadness is that the sunbeds are mostly broken. The staff cleans the beach and the hotel every evening, and in the morning it's rubbish ! ! People - vacationers (not their own) do not clean up after themselves at all, and then complain, but you can’t keep track of everyone! We liked the food, vegetables are always and in abundance, cheeses, olives, olives, sausages (did not eat, but always had), watermelon, melon, apples, oranges, sweets (cakes and very tasty), meat - chicken, nuggets, barbecue from chicken, liver, pasta, various sauces. According to excursions, we went on our own to the cable car, it’s not very expensive and beautiful, I recommend it. In the markets it is better to pay by card, the bank exchange rate is more profitable. And yes, bargain))) well, everyone have a good rest, in this hotel, and most importantly, a good mood and no need to find fault with trifles, the sea is the main thing, and it is beautiful there ! !

The first thing that really surprised and shocked me was that there was no air conditioning at the reception. Rather, it is, but does not work. That is, we plunged into the heat and stuffiness. Later it turned out that the restaurant also did not have air conditioning, an antediluvian fan on the ceiling barely barely drives hot air. At 14 o'clock everyone was settled, except for the room with a 2-year-old child, such as the room is not ready. When asked why a tired child is settled last, the answer simply killed "You are NOBODY here ! ! I decide who and when to settle, as well as how and with whom to talk. " The name of this frank boor is Murat. We were shocked by such hatred of the staff for their guests and we realized that we were in Adish!
Further more: in 10 days the room was cleaned 2 times, we changed the bed ourselves (we stole the linen from the cart). Water is not provided in the room, we bought it daily in the store, there are no beach towels, we brought our own. The Internet is paid, works poorly, with constant failures. The food is disgusting and monotonous: breakfast is hard-boiled eggs or scrambled eggs, vegetables, which after a certain time began to stink of sourness (I remind you that there is no air conditioning in the "restaurant"), 2 types of cheese, awesome-looking sausage and cereal. Once (! ) they cooked pancakes - you should have seen a line of people who were disgusted with eggs to nausea! For lunch and dinner always chicken, rice and vegetables. The restaurant is dirty, stuffy, there are not enough tables, a war for forks!
The pools are small, near the pools there is constantly water, no one wipes, vacationers in the pool area walk with the gait of a geisha. The beach is dirty, not cleaned, all in cigarette butts. Fragments of tiles and glass were found on the beach, they did not respond to complaints, they answered that the hotel had been renovated and this was a cost. Heard that there were even accidents of cuts and punctures. Entry into the sea is difficult, in large rooms, I had to buy coral slippers in the store. There were not enough chauffeurs, half of them were broken. For the first time I saw that places were occupied in the evening.
The bar is open until 22.00, although it is not clear why it works at all - there is nothing there except sour beer and fanta. And in what cups this beer is poured - it’s generally hugging and crying - a thin disposable 100 ml UNDER BEER.
In general, when the next bus with tourists came, I wanted to yell: WELCOME TO ADDDDDD!! ! For the first time I left Turkey without any regret, and even with some kind of feeling "Is it all over? ")
Before the trip, we read the reviews, did not believe it, thought that there would always be someone who was capricious and fastidious, and in vain !! ! Yes, and the budget was limited.
By the way, the hotel was recently renamed under the "sauce" supposedly the hotel was sold and the owner changed. Nobody was selling anything, the hotel got a lot of negative reviews and it was easier to change the name. Marakesh is waiting for the same fate. It does not fit in my head, how it is possible to turn such a small, but beautiful territory on the first line into mud and a dump. And most importantly, none of the staff, which is obviously not enough in the hotel, does not even try to be hospitable and please their guest.
The hotel saves on literally everything and this cannot affect the quality. Shame on the owner, who obviously does not care how people survive in his hotel, is faced with the rudeness and indifference of his staff! ! Tourists are bought for a cheap price tag, the hotel is always crowded, and what else does the owner need?... bad reviews? - what about the reviews? ) You can always change the name of the hotel !! ))
We went from August 9-19 for 105.000 for three adults.

The settlement was in the evening, after 9, my son and I were a little tired. The calculation was simple, unwind... After talking with the manager at the reception, they agreed on $ 35 and we were settled in a room with a sea view, though the 5th floor. The room itself is nothing special, it is clear that it is old and needs to be renovated, but everything worked for us, nothing leaked, and we were not going to sit in the room especially.
In the dining room (namely, a dining room, not a restaurant at all), the choice is not special. You definitely won’t be hungry, but for the future, you should immediately go to the tables on which they cook and take freshly prepared, no salads, just take chopped vegetables, without dressings. We convinced ourselves that we can take "sturgeon of the 2nd freshness". Water was collected from boilers in their eggplants.
Tours were taken outside the hotel, cheaper by 2 times than from the hotel's tour operator, in Kemer itself there is a food market on Mondays, and a clothing market on Tuesdays. Visit, you won't regret it. Well, it's about leisure.
Definitely the second time I will not go to this hotel, although the places there are amazing.

In the canteen (and you can’t call it a restaurant) there really weren’t enough appliances and free tables. Tables were hardly wiped. But we were not hungry: a lot of fresh vegetables, chicken, there were fish several times.
The beach is private, the sunset is normal, the sea is super! There are 2 pools on the territory: in the one with slides, you can still swim, the second - with hot water and a terrible content of chemistry, eats away your eyes. The second, by the way, turned green for some reason by the end of our vacation, I wouldn’t be surprised if one of the tourists relaxed there)))
But the shortcomings of the hotel are flowers compared to the bullying of our tourists: the crush of the eternally hungry in the dining room; piling up plates with a mountain, and as a result of malnutrition of what was raked up (I’d rather throw it away, but so that others don’t get it); towels on the beds. People, be people, not animals!
