air conditioning in the room - they said it should be so. Air conditioning didn't work at all in adjacent rooms!
outside the territory no one looks, the dirt is terrible. near the pool of mud, during our vacation I saw only 2 times how they swept there! Walking barefoot is not pleasant.
all the sun loungers that are near the pools, that on the beach are broken! dirty!

personnel is a separate issue! While we were there, the staff was halved! they passed a check - and all the illegal immigrants disappeared. The children's slides turned on out of time. No one looked after the queue, drunk adult men rode them, and heavy ladies and small children. then. in Russian, few people speak and understand. drinks sometimes had to either beg or demand! the child was afraid to go for lemonade, they still wouldn’t give it! They talk to each other and laugh, it was not pleasant to watch all this.
dining room - first queue in front of the entrance to the dining room. then the line for salads. then turn for "hot" -almost always cold! then the queue for the tables, you need to take a place in advance or wait until they eat. And as always, there were not enough forks and spoons! several times gave plastic forks! this is tin....and paper scans - which got soaked faster than you bring them to the table.
food is always cold. chicken. soy sausages. beans. peas. this is hot! eggs in the morning and porridge in the morning. powder potatoes. pasta for some reason lay in salads, tried to eat cold pasta? The coffee machine broke down on the 2nd day of our stay. tea was not always! I had to look for someone who understands Russian and speak to at least make tea.
there were no animators! at 22.00 extinguished the lighting in the hotel.
We flew in with TUI. got to the hotel well. and here it is back!
Our original flight was at 6:30 pm. as it should be, they began to look at the changes in a day, they wrote that our flight was postponed to 19.30 and then to 20.30

We packed our things and put them in the foyer and since it was the hottest day, we went to the pool. The administrator saw us, where we are, there are 6 of us. it turned out that our flight was not transferred, this guide was stupid! we accidentally saw that a girl from TUI was walking in the lobby and looking for someone. turned out to be us! and the bus that gathered other vacationers for 30 minutes was waiting for us at the hotel! there People were driving at 1.30 and were waiting for us. and almost an hour to us from the airport. Guide-Ramil-did not even apologize. but the rude stood and told us to hurry up! Thank God everyone made it!
