I am writing my first review in my life, I could not resist not to write. Previously, I always rested in the top five, did not pay attention to the little things, everything was always good everywhere - Turkish hospitality, excellent service, etc. In the same year, I decided to save money with my wife and took a ticket to the Marrakech hotel, I was attracted by the proximity of the sea and good location, although before the trip read a lot of negative reviews. However, we decided that there is a category of people who are always dissatisfied with everything, so we didn’t pay much attention to the reviews, but in vain...

We arrived at the hotel at 7 am, we were met at first glance by a pleasant manager named Murat, he offered to leave the suitcases in the lobby and go to rest until two o'clock, since there are no available rooms. At 14:00 we were given a room on the 5th floor, where the air temperature was over 50°. The air conditioner did not work, I turned to Murat for help, and he promised me that the masters would come and fix everything.

Two hours later, they came, twirled around near the air conditioner and said that everything was fine, but the air conditioner also continued to give out hot air. It was impossible to stay in the room. I asked to change Murat's number, to which he answered me rudely and very sharply that he was not going to change anything, like "live where they gave you. " We took our suitcases and came to the reception - they said that it was not possible for a normal person to be in that room. The same Murat, seething with anger, probably because they failed to get money from us, turned to shouting, began to be rude and shouted for us to leave this hotel. To be honest, this is the first time in my life - I have never seen this before, so that the person representing the hotel could allow talking to guests in a similar tone, showing his incompetence and bad manners. And only in the evening I found the main manager, and with fights, knocked out the number.

Later, after meeting people on the beach, we heard many stories about how hard it was for everyone to check in.
But there are also good points: the first and most important thing is the warm and gentle sea, its proximity to the hull. True, almost all the sunbeds on the beach are broken, and the behavior of people who occupy sunbeds since the night darkens the picture even more. The restaurant has a very friendly staff, especially liked the bartender. Beer in small plastic cups - at first it shocked me, but after three days you get used to it. Cleaning in the room is almost non-existent, there are not enough towels. The guides of the Tui campaign, namely Marina Kuznetsova, have no desire to help you in solving the problems that have arisen, their task is to sell excursions, and, well, control the hours of departure from the hotel.

So, the conclusion: the hotel pulls on 3-. At the Marrakech hotel, for the first time on vacation in Turkey, I encountered rudeness and incompetence of the staff, especially a negative trace was left by Murat, if I'm not mistaken, Bazedov (all the guests called him a little disgusting man). I hope that the hotel management will fire this employee, who has no place in the tourism industry and specifically in this hotel !!!
