We stayed at the hotel from November 1 to November 10.2023. I had only excellent impressions from the holiday and the service, and for this many thanks to the hotel staff.
We arrived at the hotel at 7 am. We were immediately offered to leave our things in the storage room and go down for breakfast. After breakfast we were given cards for towels - and the vacation began!
Check-in is at 14-00. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean and have everything you need for a good stay. Cleaning was done daily, swans were made from towels, gifts were left in the room. The bar in the room is free and replenished daily.
I would especially like to note that upon check-in, a telephone number is marked on the card, to which messages from the administration are received throughout the entire stay about daily programs, themed dinners, entertainment for guests and simply surveys about the service. The hotel's reaction to the slightest comments was pleasantly pleasing.

Internet with good speed is available throughout the hotel.
Food at the hotel - for every taste and need, there is baby food, there is food according to the diet. Meat, fish, poultry, lots of vegetables, cheeses, olives. Baked for every taste - this is a separate big chapter! Large selection of fruits, fresh juices every morning. Lunch takes place on a large platform surrounded by food courts. And there is already a choice of dishes to suit every taste - from Ukrainian borscht with donuts to Thai soups and Belgian waffles. Several bars with an excellent selection of specialty drinks.
The hotel area is not very large, but every meter of it is used for a comfortable stay for guests. huge swimming pool with sections of varying depths. There are places for animation and yoga classes.
Evening animation takes place in the special Ibiza area. There is live music every evening in the hotel lobby.
The hotel beach is not very big - and this is the only minus of the hotel. If the place is full, it will be difficult to find a place on the sun loungers on the beach.
We were on vacation in November, we were very worried about the weather, but it turned out that we were in vain. All 10 days of November the weather was warm and very comfortable for sunbathing. The water in the sea was the same temperature as the air! This added advantages to our holiday.
Yes, a stay in this hotel is not cheap, but you will get much more pleasure.
For those who doubt whether to go here in November, I will say, “Don’t doubt it, you will relax here to your heart’s content. ”
