We went with two families.
I'll start from the very beginning, the tour operator Idriskatur, who took us there, simply froze from our society on the very first day! But we did not suffer much from the lack of a guide and looked at the resort ourselves (buses, walks).
First: all tour operators pick up tourists from the airport on comfortable buses, and we are put into a minibus with a crazy driver. We arrive in Beldibi, I am in shock, they drop us off at the CEMETERY!!!! ! Fortunately, our four-star hotel is behind a fence and trees. We were lucky - they settled right away, some spent the night at the reception until 4 in the morning, waiting for the rooms to be vacated.
We were put in rooms on the ground floor with windows on the household room and from the balcony we saw only the wall and drying rags for cleaning the rooms. But, thanks to our travel agency (this is NOT a tour operator), who warned us about the possibility of changing the number (3 times the number can be changed). The rooms were changed, but with such a facial expression, as if we owe them something, and for a very long time, they say that these are standard rooms that you paid for, while others are more expensive, although all rooms are standard throughout the hotel, as the tour operator says . Mountain view is good.
Everything in the room corresponds to 4 stars, only if you do not take into account the bathroom. After taking a shower, all the water remains on the floor in the toilet, for some reason the builders decided that the water should be drained from the floor, the drain hole is located under the trash can in the corner of the bathroom. Using a hair dryer in a puddle of standing water is very scary. And it is also very dangerous to climb out of the shower on smooth tiles on the floor.
The husband found a way out, threw towels on the floor.
CLEANING in the rooms once a week, towels and bedding changed after the scandal.
Lunches, dinners, breakfasts - the first two days were not bad, and then it turned out that they were fed the same food, warmed up and tomorrow morning you eat potatoes in soup and salad. For a week, we were fed once with fish and once made with chicken kebab. Don’t even think about meat, sausage and that is exclusively from soy, chicken only in salad and exclusively fillet. The sweet is very peculiar, thanks to the chef for the cake - it was very tasty. On the third day, they ate only scrambled eggs and drank coffee, and so on until the end of the vacation. Of the fruits, there were only watermelons and oranges and EVERYTHING !!! ! There is all this for 7 days in a row there was no strength. Although upon arrival they did not understand those who rested for a week and ate at local catering establishments.
Now about the territory of the hotel. Terribly small, separated by a chain-link mesh from an orange grove in which chickens walked. Three meters away, if not closer, there is a neighboring hotel, windows to windows with ours.
The pool was cleaned once a week, ie. sprinkled with bleach that it was not possible to be nearby in the evening, there are a lot of people on the chaise longues, they all do not fit. At sea, the same picture, there are no schizolongs, we quietly carried away the mattresses from the territories of neighboring hotels, cobblestones, going to the sea is a whole tragedy. The territory of the hotel's beach is 25 meters long, did not have time to take a seat in the morning, there is a chance to swim and return to the hotel.
The covers were torn and there was no way to hide from the sun. And also THE ROAD TO THE BEACH 500-600 meters across the highway, past the cemetery (go around the perimeter) and through the Turkish campsite, the children run to you and poke their fingers at you, the feeling is terrible, you had to dress completely, and not go in a swimsuit, so that don't draw attention. I am afraid of cemeteries, so going to the sea was a rarity for me. We spent a lot of time by the pool. Now about the staff: how many times we were sent in Turkish to... , do not count. Of all the staff, the waiter Ali_Baba was more or less adequate, he reacted to tips and at least served us humanly for a day. All the rest is hell, rudeness at every step, insolence, swearing in Turkish. For a plucked fig on the territory of the hotel, they “slapped me on the hands”, took the fruit away and scolded me. In order to bring myself and my husband a glass of wine, I had to look for empty glasses and report for whom I carry the second glass. I felt like I was in a children's camp somewhere in the Poltava region in the dining room. After a conversation with the administrator, they began to hate us, but asked for permission to remove dirty plates from the table, although before they just came up and took the plate of food that I eat and at the same time said "Give me a plate . . ". On the seventh day, at dinner, we were not sitting at the table, because. not enough space, but on a sun lounger. No one bothered to clear the "table" for 30 minutes. We asked the administrator to clarify when all the same will be removed. Within 5 minutes, the waiter came up and said that if we had asked him, he would have removed it, and because. told the administrator, then it would not be important to clean it up with us. This was the last straw in the cup of patience, three of our company leaders, quite normally went to the hotel manager to open his eyes to what was happening, to which he said that all Slavs are drunks and come to get drunk and swim, and then sent....
Finally, we were given lunch packages that we left at the hotel, I will attach a photo (bun, egg, 5th part of an orange, 8 olives)
Here is such a vacation turned out. I do not advise anyone.

On the last day we met a Turk, his name is Yusuf, for Russians Uncle Yura. He lived in Ukraine for many years, he sends tourists on all sorts of excursions, not very expensive and of the highest class, for comparison: a tour on a yacht from a tour operator is 60 USD, and from a local tour operator which is located near the hotel 45 USD, and uncle Yura 15 USD, and this is on the same yacht. )))) It's a pity that we met on the last day.
