2. Internet is 1 euro per day, available on the 2nd floor in the room, which is great.
3. Europe, Russia, Ukraine.
4.18+ is not suitable for children. Even the meals are adult-sized.
5. Everything worked in the room, plus there was 0.5 liter of water in the fridge on the day of check-in.
6. A cozy, homey hotel with a pool, quiet music at the bar, no shows or discos. Good for couples, families, singles, and seniors.
7. The food is almost the same, but fresh and delicious. You can eat as much meat and fish as you want. There's access to water, tea, a coffee machine, and a bar with beer, wine, and Sprite.
8. There's a shuttle to the beach, but I walked 17 minutes to Moonlight Wild Beach. You won't regret it.
9. I got a room with a view of the forest and mountains. Wow! I went for a walk into the forest on the asphalt, turning right and then left again. You can turn onto a trail uphill. Unfortunately, the hiking trail is closed, fenced in and surrounded by barbed wire, and there's even security. And there's no access to the village of Kirish, especially to the streams in the forest. Only the highway to Kirish.
But more cons..
- very old rooms (the bathroom is all old, with a lot of plaque, lime and rust, the balconies in all rooms do not close, the air conditioner practically does not blow cold air and for 7 days they never cleaned or changed towels, only garbage)
- food, just not to starve (meat for 7 days was 2 times, 1 time cheap fish such as horse mackerel, there are soups, but terrible and that one salad with vegetables and rice, pasta) Of course, every day there were cakes and arbus with melon. But I lost 5 kg.
- very far from the sea, it's true. 25 minutes at a brisk pace, the bus is allowed once an hour, at lunch it is not available for 3 hours and after 18.00 it is also not available. walk to the sea by 50 degrees. the heat is unreal!!
- the most relish-ADMINISTRATION!!
of the pluses, they only smiled and really - everything . . they don’t solve a single question. they catastrophically don’t have rooms, they don’t want to delve into problems, they don’t want to solve either . . we arrived at the hotel at 4 in the morning with 3 small children, we were offered to sleep at the reception until 14.00 because there are absolutely no rooms and nowhere to accommodate us, there are no left-luggage offices , reception only. We, exhausted after 2 days of travel, spread out on the sofas of the Reception on inflatable pillows and tried to sleep. We begged the administration for 2 hours to give at least a bed, and now they miraculously gave 1 room until the morning for 5 people with 2 beds. Okay, we think everything happens and we are grateful for that. But 7 days have passed and we need to check out, we were asked at 12.00 with things to check out again at the reception, you can use the hotel, food and wait for the transfer to the airport at 23.00, i. e. 11 o'clock we are homeless! ! We think, okay, we knew where we arrived, we will endure and then the turn of events is the transfer of departure to 09 am the next day, that is, we have nowhere to live for a day already !!
The administration in the face of 2 women with a wide smile on their face answered "We don't have numbers, we don't know what to do, all questions are not for us, call the guide, etc. " , they say decide everything with the hotel, we have nothing to do with it! and here is a vicious circle! Again we begged the administration to put us somewhere at least for the night for a fee, but the female administrators with a wide smile answered laconicly - NO ROOM AND WE CAN'T HELP. DECIDE EVERYTHING YOURSELF! Well, I had to go wandering around myself, looking for a room in another hotel. Yes, we found a room in another hotel, rented for the night, after which we drank pills all evening to get away from such stress. We told the administration of our "beloved" hotel that we would not pick up our things yet, because at 4 in the morning we would arrive and go to the airport and then the answer was "IF SO, YOU ARE NOT OUR GUESTS ALREADY, TAKE BAGS AND YOU WON'T GET FOOD, ALL THE GOOD ".
We say that you promised to feed us until we leave, at least dinner, at least for the children, the answer is NO, CHECK OUT, WE CALLED A GUIDE, LET HE TAKE YOU FROM HERE!! ! call the guide, call the tour. to the "Join Up" operator and in the end we find out that no one called anyone and the hotel administration did not call anyone. As a result, like this, with a smile and indifference, with 3 children, they put us on the street to wait for a day for our flight and said that we would not come to them again ! ! Of course we will not come, we will now figure out who will compensate for the day in the new hotel, pills and dinners! Tourists read reviews before choosing a hotel, so as not to get into trouble like we did. Honestly: the sea, Turkey, everything is super, but the accommodation and our process of checking in and out crossed out everything, all positive emotions ! !
It was very nice when the administration congratulated my wife on her birthday and made a compliment from the bar) They also showed their participation, accelerating her recovery from a cold. The cuisine is delicious and hearty, the beer is fresh, the wine is natural. The rooms were cleaned regularly. It was nice to be back after a long walk in a fresh-smelling room. Internet is paid, $ 1, but the speed is valid, unlike free distribution in other hotels
.
We would like to express our gratitude to the hotel manager Ahmet for his help, kindness, attention and care. He treated us like close friends.
In general, there was a very pleasant impression of the hotel, a feeling of a large friendly family. And the smell of pine needles from the balcony and the singing of birds will dream of us for a long time ...We will definitely come back here next time!! !
Secondly, it is very far from the sea, you can’t walk on foot. At the same time, the hotel does not have its own beach, it shares it with the Ambassador Hotel, which is 2 minutes away, so that the battle for sunbeds is mortal. We were saved by a paid sunbed on the pier for $ 5 per person, it’s good there - few people, the breeze blows, a gorgeous view, you can use it from 08:00 to 20:00.
But until 20:00 you will not be able to use it if you live in Grand Nar - the last shuttle leaves at 18:35 back to the hotel. Well, or 30 minutes in unbearable heat and super humid air on foot.
More about food. It is simply none. Hot dishes are solid chicken and bony fish, they don’t give meat at all. There are usually 5 hot dishes, for example: rice, pasta, stewed vegetables 2 types, 1 type of chicken. Everything. Turkish soup is always available. Then 6-7 modest salads, of which you can eat 1, the rest is tasteless vegetable bullshit, then some vegetables. And the saddest thing is that olives are given only for breakfast. Further, modest desserts, of which 1-2 are delicious, watermelons and melons. and so from day to day! Out of grief, we began to go to restaurants in Kemer, although we ate there normally. That's "all inclusive" for you.
Alcohol is more or less: wine is dry but edible, beer is normal, vodka, gin, a cocktail of great favor can do.
There is no territory.
There is only a small pool, around which are burnt out old sunbeds.
No animation, some dancing in the evening.
I really didn’t like the attitude of the staff towards the “non-Turks”: large portions were given for Turkish guests, but we were given a couple of spoons with a trembling hand and wali, the Turks were made interesting cocktails and poured a lot at once. We are second class. If you don’t ask for a normal cocktail, in the end the bartender achieves his goal, you just stop asking for something normal. Very unpleasant.
And in the end: the hotel staff is not able to cope with the drunkard, who stopped by and began to arrange brawls. Due to the cheapness of the hotel, especially for the citizens of Ukraine, such a contingent drove in that it simply became scary to live in the hotel because of the constant drunken antics, scandals and the behavior of "guests" like animals. The staff cannot call subhumans who are absolutely incapable of behaving to order and provide peace to normal vacationers.
I highly recommend this hotel! Everything written is true. I hope this saves someone a bad holiday!
For the first time I write reviews somewhere and perhaps I won’t write a lot, because it’s impossible to describe it in a nutshell...
100% this is not 4 * - a maximum of three and with a big stretch
1) Photos from tour operators are far from reality... the hotel is old and smelly - everyone who was there will confirm
It doesn’t smell of any renovation there... maybe they bought chairs for the dining room - the only thing that was relatively new there
2) Food - rice, pasta, rice, pasta, potatoes, and then if I had time + tomatoes cucumbers cabbage... they tried to experiment with meat but nothing (chicken, turkey)
The result - the whole hotel scolded and was embarrassed to talk about it until he approached and asked (I thought maybe I'm the only one)
3) The owner of the hotel is an adequate man, but I’ll say right away that he doesn’t speak Russian (learn English - a very nice man), and the management team is Azerbaijanis, led by Raji, who is constantly trying to deceive (as a result, he couldn’t communicate with smart people and every dialogue ended up with urgent cases and important issues not being resolved).
They smile in the face and pour mud behind their backs and it seems that this is normal in Turkey... I don’t want to pour out all the anger - there is a lot of it...
IMPORTANT:
Do not read good reviews - the hotel heard a rumor that they are written by the hotel managers themselves !! ! something like this. . .
I was in Turkey for the first and probably the last time... alas, an unrealistically beautiful country with terrible people who do not care that we are tourists and they earn money on us... it feels like someone still owes something. There are very few decent ones and only among the Turks (there are also Kurds and Azerbaijanis)
The food was so-so (there was almost no fruit)
Inet is bad.
The administration followed every step.
Enjoyed the weather and nature!
