Let's get it right.
TERRITORY
very small but well maintained. The hotel is on the first line, but directly behind it are the road and the highway. Constantly near the main entrance (around the clock) tourist buses stop, which never turn off the engine during a stop, which is why it is very noisy and gassed. On the highway, respectively, the transport moves also constantly. It’s much better from the sea side, it’s quiet during the day, but events begin at 21-00 and even with the windows closed, your head just breaks from the music.
HOTEL BUILDING
The hotel is well thought out from an architectural point of view. Large spacious hall near the reception with free WI-FI, in the rooms - paid. The refurbishment is a bit messy, but not bad. Great quiet elevators.
SERVICE

The rooms were cleaned every day (linen and towels were changed). But cleaning - for show))) They never wiped the dust on the bedside tables and did not vacuum the carpet for the whole week. For 5 stars, a double room has 2 main pillows and 2 additional pillows, 2 blankets and a bedspread. There were only 2 pillows in the room and one extra, all huge, which made it impossible to fall asleep, since they were stuffed (artificial swan fluff) and the pillows opened up. I had to gut them and put the excess in a separate bag, so that later the maid put everything back.
There was only one blanket on the bed, smaller in size than the bed itself, that is, it was not realistic for the two of us to cover ourselves with this blanket. When asked for more, they said no. Found 2 days before departure.
There was no cover at all.
There were no bathrobes put in the room for a 5-star hotel, the same applies to bathing caps with the hotel logo and a rubber mat near the bathroom, shampoo - those were also absent.
For some reason, on one of the days of rest at night, at about 2-3 o'clock, the construction work of the animation site began, as it should be with a puncher and a drill. We saw everything, but so that repairs at the hotel where you paid for the rest were not allowed to rest at night - it has not happened yet.
RECEPTION
The employees are all cordial and polite, almost all of them speak Russian and English to some extent, they always helped to solve various situations.

ENTERTAINMENT
Every evening there was a disco bar. Of course, we were at the beginning of the season and the number of dancers was not great, nevertheless, everything was incendiary.
Every day the animators worked, played various types of games on the sand: petanque volleyball, etc. , entertained the guests with a game of darts. May 13 was a wonderful costume party. The speakers were dressed in magnificent national costumes. The call for the evening was accompanied by an extraordinary procession of all the artists with drums and gongs throughout the hotel.
BEACH.

The beach line is not wide. The beach has large pebbles, so walking barefoot is not very pleasant. If you like to play volleyball, then only in sneakers. Few trash cans. Given the "European culture" near each entrance and exit, you need to put large ballot boxes and clean them more often. Some individuals prefer to have breakfast by the sea, while showing their "culture" with bits, tomatoes, cucumbers, bread thrown near the sun loungers and always a bunch of aromatic napkins around...
The sea is clean.
Pebbles are equally visible as when you stand ankle-deep, or at a depth of 5 meters. It's just that the color of the water becomes more blue. The water itself is more salty than in the Black Sea, so it pushes you to the surface, it is almost impossible to dive and drown)))
INFRASTRUCTURE
Infrastructure as such is underdeveloped. Trade shops that stand outside the hotel are simply insanely expensive. For example, a bath towel costs $15, a family bedding set, calico fabric - $100, bamboo fabric - $140. Plush elephant, 30 cm long with a 50% discount))) 12 dollars, snickers, bounty - 1.5 dollars...
You can go to Antalya. The cost for two is $5 one way. The bus stops along the highway, near the Grand Ring Hotel (2 minutes walk) every half hour. Antalya is written on the bus.
Bazaar Charshamba. A huge amount of sweets, fruits, dairy products, honey, fish. But the prices are not cheap.
So Turkish delight of different types from 2 to 8 dollars per kilogram
As for the clothing market, it is mainly China of course))) with very poor quality, there are Turkish-made clothes and shoes, but prices are much higher. Huge bath Turkish bamboo terry towels for $6.
Be sure to visit Migros - a shopping center. The bus you will be traveling on stops right next to it. There, as they say, "the soul rests" - there is everything.
Nearby is an amusement park where you can get an unforgettable experience AKTUR PARK, 10 tokens - 40 lire. Of course, it’s better to visit there in the evening, because everything is flashing and shining there))) and it will be cooler))) But do not forget that the last bus leaves at 22-00)))
BAR
The choice of alcoholic drinks is quite poor. Alcoholic drinks of local production - wine, whiskey - are just awful. Not bad beer. Rum is generally absent as such. I don't drink other drinks, so I can't judge the quality.
SPA CENTER AND GYM

The hotel has a great gym with swimming pool, spa and hammam. Note - hammam - FREE - you can visit from 8 am to 8 pm. The spa salon provides various massage services, peeling, there is a room for relaxation. Full set of massage, peeling, hammam - $45. The number of simulators is not large, but everything is in order, the pool is clean. The administrator of the Spa center Elena, who is fluent in Russian, will help everyone with pleasure.
ROOMS
Sufficiently spacious, bright, the furniture is not new but neat. As I already wrote, instead of 2 blankets in the room - one, there was no cover. Yes, HORRIBLE BED. The bed is on a wooden frame, not on slats, every board of the frame creaks to horror, the mattress is the cheapest, terribly hard with a thin top layer that each spring digs into your ribs. The bed is complemented by huge pillows on which you can sleep, as in the Middle Ages - half-sitting.
Refrigerator only works for heating.
Bathroom. Plumbing is not bad, German GROHE, but it leaks here and there. The bathroom table is made of artificial stone, but the cuts are not very neat, there are many chips. There is no rubber mat, shampoo, bathrobes, bathing caps.
There are only two channels in Russian on TV - not enough)))
The room has an incomprehensible chair in the corner and a small table - perhaps they wanted to compensate for the requirements for a five-star hotel, but it didn’t work out a bit. Instead of a chair, there should be a soft folding chair, or a sofa, and instead of a small table, a coffee table. But unfortunately, in terms of dimensions, they obviously will not pass into this room.
NUTRITION
Quite varied. Vacationers of all countries can be satisfied, because dishes for every taste were presented from hamburgers and french fries with a bunch of ketchup and mayonnaise, to hot grilled peppers.
Sweets are not very pleased - basically all jelly with different types of jelly and chocolate biscuit soaked in various sauces. A lot of fruits. Watermelons were only teased. They did artistic cutting of watermelons with various patterns, but did not cut them. And when these watermelons rotted, they cut off the crust and put the sliced ​ ​ rotten watermelons out to those who were sipping)))
ADMINISTRATION

The administration shows hope for the best, because this is the only hotel where we really saw managers who, at least, pretended that they were interested in everything in the hotel: they went to control the beach, the dining room, the bars, the territory. Huge respect to the administration for the appearance of all the staff. The form is impeccable, always starched, pure snow-white. Girls with suspenders in skirts are something unusual))). In recent days, the uniforms of cooks and kitchen workers have changed - an excellent combination of colors red and black.
Even the cleaners in perfectly white uniforms.
Apparently, the result of the change of owners is still there, compared to the past, and judging by the reviews of vacationers, but unfortunately - this is not 5 stars, only 4 and with a very big stretch.
I hope the pursuit of the best does not stop there.

The overall impression of the holiday itself is good.
