Dear friends! Everyone who is going to go to rest in this hotel, do not doubt for a second that your choice is correct. The hotel is cozy, clean, the staff is kind and helpful, the sea with normal beaches and a wonderful huge pier. Along the entire beach, for those who do not want to lie in the sun, there is a recreation area covered with awnings. The food is good and in a good range. Do not pay attention to single reviews of eternally dissatisfied lovers to spoil not only their rest, but also the rest of others. Everything was great. Do not hesitate to contact the reception with all the problems, there are amazingly responsive and hard-working people. During the vacation we created several problems for them (through our fault), but we never heard from them any rudeness or something like that. Always friendly and always with a smile, but most importantly, our issue was always resolved. Example: we went to Kemer, and hung a large towel from the room on the balcony to dry, it was blown away by the wind. We arrived without a towel, we decided that they would arrange a scandal for us (as is the case in many hotels, believe there is experience) and of course they would make us pay for the loss. At the reception, we were told that "No problem. We will give an order and a new towel will be brought to you a little later", while with a smile and some apology in their voice that they cannot do it right now, right now. The holiday went great. Of course there are downsides. But they are connected only with our tourists, who gobble up three throats, leave mountains of food on the tables (why do they take it if they can’t eat it) and one or two of them walk around with such displeased faces that they can be shot in horror films without makeup.
