So we had an unfortunate incident. in the hammam at the hotel, the gold bracelet was removed from my hand by the administrator Zoya, she did not return it back, saying that everything that the guests forget, we call the rooms and give it back. The Pegasus representative said that he would deal with this by talking to the director and asked to come at 19.00 hours (although he himself works until 17.00), the next day I approached again and the Pegasus representative told me that all expensive things are described and returned to customers. and asked if I also lost a gold chain : )) so the "director" could not return our bracelet to us.
