This was our first visit to this country. The tour operator recommended this hotel, referring to the fact that this is the best deal in Kemer. In practice, it turned out to be worse. . . Let's start with the fact that we had an earlier check-in (we arrived at the hotel at 7:30 in the morning) and we had to wait for a room almost until lunch in the lobby, although foreigners were settled immediately. Apparently Ukrainians and Russians are considered third world countries, and we do not deserve a decent attitude. After a question at 12:00, what about our numbers, a rude girl, by the way, Russian-speaking and Slavic in appearance, was indignant with a surprised face: “why didn’t you ask earlier, why should I run after you? ”. - And no one warned us that the rooms could be released earlier! We also came to rest with two families, and we had a note and a request that there be rooms close to each other. But as you can guess, this did not happen, and we were settled in different buildings.
After checking in, everything seemed to be going well until evening came. At about 19:00, she began to yell, just yell at the entire coast, music from the pier, where in the evenings they spend a type of disco. In general, music accompanies you all the time, but it is not as annoying as this roar for the whole "village". And the whole hotel, whose windows overlook the sea, hear it. That is, all those people who paid extra for a sea view are forced to listen to the wild cries of music until 00:30. After calling the reception, once again we heard the boorish voice of the staff, who himself does not know whether there will be a disco every day, or if it is a one-time event (as it turned out later, such horror awaits you EVERY EVENING). From their own words - this is the concept of the whole of Turkey and their hotel, and like, in general, what you don't like... The music plays the same every day. And its whole essence is loudness.
It is clear that there is a certain percentage of vacationers who like it. But a significant part of the hotel guests are elderly people and young families with small children.

In general, the hotel is good, but not 5 stars. Cleanliness is monitored, the rooms and the surrounding area are cleaned. They try to hold different kinds of activities for people. But the boorish attitude of the majority of the staff (I emphasize, Slavic appearance) and dismissive attitude towards you, as a guest, spoils the whole impression.
I strongly do not recommend the hotel to people who just want to take a break from the routine and fuss, you just won't succeed... the concept of this hotel in the form of screaming music around the clock, you just won't be allowed to do it.
