The hotel is not bad, but 5* and ultra all inclusive is too much!! ! The Turks apparently decided that if they give ice cream and one bar with drinks is open around the clock, then this is ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE. Previously, I rested in 4 + * / all inclusive in Alanya, so the service was the same. When we checked in, we had no questions, the room was given clean, good, with a view of the sea, everything is honest. the beach is within easy reach, the sea is super, the sun, warm sand, everything is in abundance. There were always plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas.
Cons of the hotel:
1. The main restaurant is something. Most of all, I didn’t like that dinner was given only 2 hours from 19.00 to 22.00, then you will not find any plates, forks, or food. There are a LOT of people in the hotel. There were not enough places if they did not come at 19.00, but for example 20 minutes later. The food is mediocre like in all hotels, probably even worse. Rested last year in the Ring Beach 5 * (next to the hotel) where the restaurant was better. But still, she didn't go hungry. The waiters do not have time to clean the tables, there are always no forks, then no plates. In a word, BABYLON.

2. There are a lot of Russians in the hotel, but all the employees speak only Turkish in case of any problems. They pretend they don't understand. Everyone curries favor with the Germans, the Dutch, and so on.
These cons did not interfere with my vacation. I arrived refreshed and tanned. All in a bunch. But I won't go there again.
