We bought a tour for 26 days, we were positive, in Turkey, families with children were always treated very well in 3 * and 4 *, and even more so in 5 *. My tourists included two daughters: 1 year old and 8 years old, my husband arrived later, for the last 14 days. My little daughter, who, being a child of the age of 1 year 3 months, was on vacation in Turkey for the third time (at sea for the 4th time), the child and, accordingly, the parents from the vacation in Turkey had only positive impressions. We have been to Turkey many times (more than 10 times in hotels of different categories), Egypt, the Emirates, we saw such a NIGHTMARE for the first time. We tried to ignore all the shortcomings of the hotel.
1. Accommodation. With early booking, we were supposed to fly out at about 9 o'clock, respectively, we would have been at the hotel for dinner, but the departure time was changed to 02.30.
I arrived at the hotel with two kids (1 year old and 8 years old) at 6 o'clock in the morning, put $ 35 in my passport as a tip, all this time we waited at the reception, as we were constantly told “wait another 30 minutes, wait another 40 minutes”, etc. , there is no hot water in the toilets, I went with the children to the Turkish bath, but the Russian-speaking employee of the spa center did not let us in, explaining that there were Turkish women on the “program” in the bathhouse, and then they would be outraged. When we were first settled by two Turkish families without children who arrived later, then two Russian families with older children (apparently the tips were larger), I didn’t quarrel, periodically approached and modestly asked when we would be settled. At 13 o’clock, the one-year-old daughter began to cry a lot, the kids didn’t really sleep all night, I didn’t sleep at all, I couldn’t calm the child, after that they gave us a room.

We had a view of the mountains - there was no noise with the door closed, the air conditioner was turned on at 28-30 degrees at night, no one caught a cold. The shower in the bathroom is not removable - it is inconvenient, there is mold on the tiles on the wall and on the floor, and mold in the sink under the rim (photo attached). There is an interior door with the next room in the room, there is no sound insulation, at night, if the neighbors decide to talk loudly at night, drink (booze is allowed to be brought to the rooms in any quantity and at any time) or watch TV, then it is impossible not to wake up, in 26 days we have neighbors were different, there were those who liked to smoke in the room.
2. Nutrition. There are no complaints about food. If it were a 3-4 star hotel, I would put it for food: 5. But for 5 stars, fruit is not enough, for 26 days there were only peaches for 4 days, watermelons are not sweet, ripe apricots are sorted out in the first minutes of lunch and dinner, after which they remain ripe, green. Breakfasts are the same.
3. Service.
At the Yelken blue life hotel, we were faced with egregious facts. So, at lunchtime, my children and I were in the second hall of the main restaurant, the baby was sitting in a child seat. A Turkish man was dining at a table next to ours, his children were running around the tables in the restaurant. My daughter dropped a dessert spoon several times (there are no tea spoons in the restaurant at all, only plastic ones) on the floor, a Turkish man shouted something in his speech to the waiters and snapped his finger, pointing in our direction. At that moment, THREE waiters with angry expressions ran up to my one-year-old daughter and began to rudely shout at us. One of the waiters in a raised voice told me that my daughter, with the sound of a falling spoon, disrupted the meal of a Turkish man, and they are also worried that this spoon, when falling, could hit the children of the same man running between all the tables of this restaurant hall.

My daughter began to cry and stopped eating, I started crying and ran away with the baby from the restaurant. On the evening of the same day, at dinner in the main restaurant, a waiter (already different) approached her daughter in a child seat and wanted to play with her. The daughter was frightened, she went into hysterics (previously the child was healthy, there were no emotional disturbances). Until the end of the holiday, she was afraid of all strange men with swarthy skin color, although she had previously communicated friendly with the staff (I attach a photo of these employees to the review). The daughter became restless, nervous, began to sleep badly at night. WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE STAFF NEXT, AT THE END OF THE SEASON? ? ?
After dinner, I contacted the guest service.
The Russian-speaking employee, in turn, spoke with the restaurant employee and explained to me that a large number of Turkish citizens who "DO NOT LIKE RUSSIAN" and are unhappy with the fact that a large number of RUSSIANs also rest here, in connection with which, this egregious fact occurred .

Disrespect for the citizens of Russia is manifested by the hotel staff in other ways, which also does not correspond to the quality of the services provided by a five-star hotel:
- In bars, RUSSIANs are poured alcoholic drinks into disposable glasses, and Germans and Turks are poured into glass ones.
ABOUT SERVICE NEXT:
one). When cleaning rooms, the floors are not vacuumed, towels and sheets are not reported, they can lay torn sheets, they do not wipe the dust, during the 26 days of our stay on the balcony they wiped the floors only 1 time, they do not wash the toilets (the brush is broken), the carpet is stained. There is a layer of mold under the rim of the sink (photo attached).
2).
In a restaurant, the tablecloths are not changed, the dirty tablecloths are shaken off with a hand or a knife, the tablecloth remains stained.
3) The mini bar is filled only once every three days and then after several calls to the 5050 service.
4). Dirty beach on the territory of the hotel, even after evening cleaning a large number of cigarette butts and plastic glasses are scattered all over the beach, it is impossible to play with a child on the sand, more than 15 cigarette butts near one sunbed, and if you drop sand with a children's shovel, then many times more, apparently not there are enough containers for garbage and tourists put out cigarette butts right in the sand (there is a photo and video).
5). Drinking water is stored in the garage where cars are parked (filmed on video)

CHILDREN'S SWIMMING POOL

There are a lot of Turkish children by the pool, they are hyperactive, apparently this is a national moment, the Turks love children very much and allow them everything, they can easily climb into a small inflatable children's pool or pour sea water out of it, offend small children (pinch, for example), scatter other people's toys, their parents do not scold them for this, smile or do not look after them at all, so we only went to the sea, there are fewer of them. There are a lot of Turks in the hotel, I haven’t come across this before (when there are few of them they behave in a civilized manner), it’s better to take sunbeds with your own towels, otherwise they can throw them away, umbrellas by the pool can be taken right from under your nose, the staff runs in front of the Turks.

PLAYGROUND.
Peeled and rusted swing (photo attached).

ENTRY INTO THE SEA.
Cobblestones (video and photo), even in special shoes with a child in your arms it is hard to enter, you stumble over large cobblestones, children pull out huge stones and build fortresses (as soon as they lift such a weight) or from the pier (all rusted, there is a video).

ROOMS WITH SEA VIEW.
9 rooms are on the ground floor, the sea view is blocking the Turkish restaurant, fish restaurant and disco room, many tourists complained that they paid for the sea view in advance, but did not put the money in the passport.

TERRITORY OF THE HOTEL AND RESTAURANT.
We often noticed vacationers without bracelets, things of no significant value disappeared from us, our friends, and also heard a lot about the loss from other hotel guests.
Beach towels are generally a separate issue, I think everyone who was in the hotel encountered. They are taken away regularly.

TURKISH SAUNA.
Almost daily we went to the bath to rinse the child after the sea, the bath was warm only for the first few days, all the rest of the days of our long stay the stone in the bath was not heated (as we were explained, a lot of electricity is consumed). The shower cabin located near the sauna does not work.
At the hotel, the program (peeling, massage) costs $45-55, many went to the neighboring Inter Sport Hotel, where the same program + face mask costs $20.

CONDITIONERS.
In the lobby bar, air conditioners often do not turn on, it is very stuffy (they save electricity). In the main restaurant, air conditioners are turned on through one. Also during the day, air conditioners are often reset, especially this often happens at night (you wake up several times from stuffiness).

FREE WIFI
Very slow, often failed to connect.

VILLAGE
For mothers with strollers, the village is unkempt, the sidewalks are narrow and uneven.

WATER FOR THE SHOWER

The water in this village is hard, the hair needs to be washed with a lot of balm, the condition of the hair worsens. For example, in the villages of Kemer: Chamyuva, Kirish and Goynuk, the water is soft, after a shower, the hair is smooth, shiny, voluminous.

Of all this horror, I would like to note the good friendly staff of this hotel: the girl is a bartender in the lobby bar (I don’t remember her name) and the guy Aliv from the reception, they really love children and treat people positively.

According to the incident I described, we filed a complaint with Coral Travel (the hotel guide Ramil agreed with us that this case was out of the ordinary and immediately accepted the complaint, the hotel representatives refused to accept the complaint, we filmed the refusal, naturally warning them about it) . All answers from various authorities will be posted on the Internet upon receipt. This hotel is not suitable for a family vacation, and is it necessary to go to a hotel where they wipe their feet on Russians.
