We rested in July 2017. Before buying a tour, I carefully read the reviews and looked at the photos of the hotel. I don’t know who writes these reviews and puts up photos, this all does not correspond to reality.
The hotel actually has only 3 buildings. One single small dining area and tables outside by the pool. The water slide is absolutely not the same as in the photo in the description of the hotel. It is smaller, swirling and takes up a lot of space near the pool on one side, tables on the other side of the pool. Sunbeds in 2 rows are located under this slide.
Number:

In the room for all 8 days they never did a wet cleaning and did not change the bed! They took out the garbage 2 times and changed the towels, that's all the cleaning! When checking in, they saw that the toilet was not washed after previous guests (traces of urine on the lid at the feet), they asked to wash it - they wrote it down in a journal 3 times, fed breakfast, and did not wash it for the whole vacation. I had to ask for toilet paper
The air conditioner did not cool, just drove the air and was very dirty! The filters have probably never been changed. They asked to see - five more entries in the journal and zero reaction! Paying $10 upon check in.
The music in this hotel stops at 23.00, in the next one at 24.00 (although it yells so that these hotels shout each other), but across the road there is a Disco, where the music bawls until the morning. If you sleep with the windows open (and in our case it was, because the air conditioner was useless), then it will be problematic for those who are especially sensitive to extraneous sounds (or with children) to fall asleep.
Safe paid: $ 2-day. But we figured out how to use it and password-protected ourselves.
Beach:
The beach is across the road, close (3-5 minutes walk). There are covered awnings on the beach (one-piece stretched canvases in two rows), under them there are sunbeds. Sunbeds in a dead state: half plastic, broken, half wooden on a metal case. They are rusty and worn. The child hurt his leg about them. Mattresses are dirty. There were really not enough sunbeds, because. tourists from several nearby hotels also rest on this beach. In the morning, all sunbeds are usually already occupied. Closer to dinner, when everyone goes to dinner, you can already sit on a sunbed.
The sea is very good, warm, clean.
But the entrance is quite difficult. Huge cobblestones, canidans one on top of the other in several layers, they are slippery, you can slip. We tore our special aqua shoos after several such visits. There is no Pantone.
Nutrition:
The food is quite good, we were not hungry.
Every day there was chicken, fish, rice, vegetables, pasta, fruits and sweets.

From fruits, mainly watermelon, apricots, apples, plums. Once there were nectarines, but we did not have time - because. some guests rowed 5-6 pieces. There was also a flea market at the food stands and plates. There weren't enough tables for everyone. I had to either wait until it was free, or ask someone to sit down.
It happened that if you came at the end (breakfast, lunch, dinner), then there was already very little food left, some dishes could no longer be taken out and you had to eat what the previous guests had not raked. Therefore, we tried to come among the first.
Animation:
The animation is good. 2 Russian-speaking girls work with children in the mini-club during the day, they draw. The pool has water gymnastics and water polo.
In the evening there is a children's mini-disco. Then various competition programs (Miss and Mr. Hotel, the best couple, etc. )
The animators are trying hard, I give them a solid 5.
After that, at 23.30, those who wish are collected at the reception and taken to Kemer for a disco (transfer and entrance - $ 10, drinks for a fee).
The staff is good, diligent and friendly. They work like bees.
Other:

The hotel has a leather and fur shop. There, 2 women all invite everyone to go to Kemer to the store and see. They drive themselves by car free of charge there and back, mostly at lunchtime. They promise 2 hours. I warn you, it's half a day! You will be fooled there, they will give you measurements, they will sell you to the point of exhaustion. You will have to wait for other tourists who came with you, because. immediately in the store they will take you to different angles so that you don’t hear who buys what for what price, and also to prevent you from asking each other something. Therefore, it’s better to go in the evening so as not to waste your rest time, secondly, take some kind of skeptic who can get you out of the state (spontaneous purchase) and be sure to bargain! First, sky-high amounts are called to you, then, like the owner, he takes off half the price from the master's shoulder (and whispers quietly, only so that no one can hear, this is only for you - do not tell anyone) and sells you a thing. This is a trick. If you are not led, start with a push that either now at such a "cheap" price, or goodbye and do not come again. This is also a trick. If you nevertheless resisted and did not buy anything, representatives of the store will process you at the hotel (in the lobby, at the bar, at lunch and dinner) until the end of the holiday, so that you still buy.
Excursions.
Guided tours are very expensive. If you really want to - then on the street next to the hotel there are many travel agencies from which you can take 2 times cheaper. You can bargain with them depending on the number of purchased excursions. Prices for all travel agencies +/- the same.
When we heard 2 times thanked Rom Travel.
We bought textiles, bathrobes and towels near the hotel opposite the pedestrian crossing to the beach near Oman. Little boy. He made very good discounts, it was most realistic to bargain with him, it was quite difficult to bargain with the rest - there are a lot of tourists and they don’t really bargain.
Prices are quoted in dollars higher than real ones, if you ask to call them in lira, they cunningly recalculate according to their internal rate ($1 = 3.62 lira) and it turns out that in terms of our currency it is more profitable to pay in dollars.
