On the first day we really regretted choosing Latte Hotel.
Below are the reasons for my dissatisfaction.
The elevator is dirty and didn't work at times, the hotel itself is unkempt, the room is terrible (the wallpaper and curtains are stained, the air conditioner is old and noisy, but it worked fine, if only it was not installed opposite the bed and blew directly in the face, it was impossible to regulate the temperature properly, so at night it was either very cold or hot, the towels were dirty, there was rubbish under the bed, the light bulb worked in only one lamp), there weren’t enough broken sunbeds on the beach, there was no drinking water in free access, so you had to queue for a bottle of water 0.33, which was given in one hand, there were no local large supermarkets, it was impossible to walk along the embankment due to the lack of light on the embankment, and walking in the dark was not very cool.

Plates with chips, drinks were poured into cardboard and plastic cups (I suppose because of the virus, but not always with them), orange drinks were available (often it seemed to taste diluted with water), pineapple, cherry juice, pepsi with 10:00, sprite, fanta, black and milk coffee, the second bar still had cappuccino (often without milk) and very rarely hot chocolate, ate at plastic tables, not very nice for a 4-star hotel, there was no variety of food, there were very spicy dishes and sour pasta, there weren’t enough desserts, so we took them right away, as we didn’t see desserts after lunch and people who came later didn’t try delicious desserts, several times there wasn’t even enough places to have dinner, we had to wait about an hour .
I didn't like the bartender at the pool bar who was always saying "one person one water" and people had to make excuses for every bottle and ask him for more water, and in general he clamped everything down and expressed his dissatisfaction with people at all requests.
The last straw of my indignation was drunk men of Turkish nationality, who at 00:30 for about an hour yelled at the whole hotel and sang songs, I was just shocked because of their disrespect for the people who had already rested in our hotel. The hotel representatives did nothing to calm the men. And at the request of a man who asked to close his mouths, the Turks sent him to ** th.
Despite this, we had a normal time, the sea is across the road from the hotel, very beautiful and clean, just be careful entering the sea on the rocks, there was a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony, the staff in the dining room was friendly, the desserts were delicious, the bathroom was good condition, room cleaned every day.
I absolutely do not recommend the hotel.
