We rested in Marty Mira from 09/08/2015 to 09/21/2015. I remember that once this hotel was one of the most popular in Kemer for families. We decided to go there too. Before leaving, I read reviews on the Internet and was even upset: a lot of negativity. But there was nowhere to go.
We got from the airport to the place in 1 hour and 15 minutes, because we were traveling in a minibus to three hotels, all located in Tekirova. Already lucky in that. I give a plus.
We arrived around 12:30 and were seated immediately. Before leaving, I wrote to the hotel manager Olga my wishes for settling in. I don’t know if this affected or not, but we liked the room. This is building 12, approximately in the center of the territory. The room itself is large enough, everything worked, there were no complaints. There is a clothes dryer on the balcony. Cleaned not so hot, but we did not litter. They left a dollar for the maid on the second day, they came - there was no dollar and there was no cleaning either. We think that this was encouraged by the employee who replenished the mini-bar. In the future, we put the dollar on the balcony on the table, under the ashtray. There certainly was no one except the maid.

By the way, the mini-bar was replenished regularly, but tea and coffee were not reported for several days (until our remark). There are several Russian channels on TV. There were no complaints about bed linen and towels, everything was clean, without holes (as some wrote).
The hotel area is just a real forest! This is a huge plus!! ! You walk from the beach along shady paths, beauty! There are places to walk around, the first day or two we didn’t even really know where our corps was. I really liked that throughout the territory there are many places where you can sit and sunbeds that are in the shade of trees.
The restaurant in the hotel consists of two parts: closed (with air conditioning) and open. So, the closed part is VERY small for such a big hotel. In the heat, everyone wants to eat in the cool, and there are few places. They borrow for entire families and wait for the rest to come. We once observed how a man was guarding a table for 6 people. We already had dinner (it took about 40 minutes), but no one came to him. And when they came up with children, a pregnant woman, he only said: "Everything is busy. " Somehow this is not very good in relation to others, but this is my opinion. Someone will consider this to be in the order of things. The same situation was with sunbeds on the beach. We arrived at 9 o'clock and already most of them were occupied with towels, hats, magazines, but not people. And the sunbeds could be empty until lunch. We were tired of this picture, and we began to take sunbeds in the shade of trees, not on the beach. And getting to the sea is not a problem.
About nutrition. Ordinary Turkish food, but there were dishes and even delicious ones. Freshly squeezed juice in the morning. A typical picture: a tourist with a plate on which there are 5-6 glasses of juice, and it also happened to have a couple in the other hand. I will not list the dishes, they have already been written about many times. I just want to note that I do not agree with the complaints about the waiters. Yes, it happened that you stood at an uncleaned table for 1-2 minutes, because with so many people, they simply physically did not have time to clean up the dirty dishes. It also happened that he took a dirty glass from the table, but there was no dirty plate. They probably have their own ideas about cleaning dishes. But in general it was clear that they were trying.

As for the dishes in the restaurant, I agree, I often saw unwashed plates and mugs. And the mugs smelled strongly of some kind of detergent, I sniffed them every time.
The pool consists of two parts, each of which has three more tiers. One half has slides. In the other half there is a children's pool, but we did not see children there. Everyone was at sea. The entrance to the sea, in our opinion, is very decent, although I read in the reviews that it is difficult to enter the sea. In May we were in Akka Antedon, and so there, as it seemed, the entrance is much worse, and in Marti Mira there is sand with medium-sized pebbles. I liked that there are two fencing lines in the water: the first separates the zone with a shallow depth and the depth goes right next to it, and the second line encloses the general area for swimming. Many enjoyed hanging out on these buoys.
I read a lot of reviews about the hotel and only one mentioned a hobby center. I can't resist telling you about it. We saw such a service for the first time and in our opinion it is very interesting. What is the point? In the hobby center, you will be taught the basics of batik (painting on fabric), and you yourself can paint a picture, scarf or scarf for yourself. The payment includes a master class, all materials and consultations of the center's employees: wonderful women - Judit, Larisa and Christina. People come in family couples and paint the fabric together. I got great pleasure from the process itself, and from communication with the staff of the center, and from the finished results of my creativity. Imagine: the heat, the sun is burning at full power, and you are drawing in the shade. The pleasure is indescribable!! ! Even in this center, you can make prints of the hands and feet of the kids on T-shirts, older children can color the T-shirts themselves. In general, I recommend to go there. At least just look.
I can’t say anything good about daytime animation: “dead”, none. My husband always plays volleyball on vacation, and so Marty Mira is the first hotel where they played almost every day once, in the afternoon. The picture is this: a girl-animator comes with a ball, sits down on a bench, pokes her head into her phone, and after half an hour gets up and leaves. Or a girl with a bow and arrows silently walks along the beach. No greetings to you, no invitations to games. Vacationers themselves must be active. I don't like overly annoying animation, but Marty Mira takes it to the other extreme. The volleyball court is in terrible condition. The sand layer is very thin and full of stones. Since the playground is next to the sea, the ball had to be taken out of the water regularly. A grid around the site would be very helpful (as in other hotels), after all, this is a five-star hotel. There was also a situation when there was no volleyball in the morning, and it was not found by the afternoon. Only after contacting the Guest Relations the ball was brought. It turned out that the animator was too lazy to follow him.

I can’t say anything about children’s animation, but it is praised in the reviews. And we just didn't go to the evening.
I did not have enough airan in the hotel. Or maybe we just didn't find it? And one more thing: it was somewhat strange to see wooden sticks instead of teaspoons in a five-star hotel restaurant. And they were in the room too.
Bottom line: the rest turned out better than we expected after the reviews on the Internet, but we will not go there a second time.
