Just arrived with my husband from Turkey. We rested at the hotel according to the Tez option. This is when you are offered several hotels of the same category, but you find out where you got only at the airport from a Tez-tour representative. There is a sense in this if you get into the best hotel offered, because. the price is averaged. Usually hotels pick up 3 good ones, 1 not very good. They agreed to this only because on the date of the planned vacation, the vouchers were practically not on fire. We, of course, came across the worst one - Marty-Mira (I can only judge about other hotels in our version about excellent reviews) Before that, we rested in Egypt 5 *, Germany 3 *, Holland 3 *. In general, we expected more for a hotel of this category. I was pleased with the food (although I still didn’t understand how “ol” differs from “ultra ol”) What they just didn’t feed us: baked lamb, grilled lamb ribs, kidneys with mushrooms, lamb testicles in sauce, fish, beef liver, vegetables Nemeryanno, pastries, very tasty ice cream and much, much more. There was no way to try. In general, no matter how hard they tried to restrain themselves, they could not resist such a yummy. So do not believe the assessments of poor nutrition. I just wonder what these people eat at home? Most likely scrambled eggs and Mivina. And in the hotel show-offs are bred. At 16:00, the beach bar serves a variety of pastries. Donuts with honey is something. On a fish day for dinner, the tourists outdid themselves. My husband and I did not go to 19-00 but to 19-30.20-00. (Dinner until 21-30). And there was always enough. This time they came: on the fish tables there is an oil painting - huge dishes, and on them - carefully plucked skeletons of some sturgeons. Only heads from shrimps. intact shrimp. After all, it is simply impossible to eat everything physically. Moreover, not only tourists from the CIS suffer from this, but also Germans, Italians, etc.
They drank wine from alcohol. Oddly enough, a good local cognac. Whiskey cocktails are to die for. A rare muck, they stink of the cheapest moonshine. I only liked Mojito.
The service must be the best too. At the reception, if there is any problem or complaint, "I don't understand Russian" and stupidly turns around and goes behind the partition into another room. Although almost the entire staff speaks Russian.

On the first day upon arrival, the maid did not put $ 1. So she put my sandals behind the sofa so deep that we searched and searched and decided that they had been stolen. Found by accident. Husband had to move sofas. After that, I didn't feel like giving dollars. There were no swans and elephants from towels, as well as flowers. But if she had made us happy, they would have given us more than one dollar. But here, apparently, the principle applies - money in the morning, chairs in the evening. And that's not certain.
I will not talk about territory and anamation. Lots of good reviews. I completely agree with them. Everything was on the level.
I want to tell you about one more incident. We had to leave the hotel at 4-40. They got up neither light nor dawn. We are waiting for the bus, but it is not there. We started to get nervous. At the reception, they barely managed to raise the lists of those leaving. It turned out that we (only 5 people) were transferred to flight 6-10, but they did not consider it necessary to warn us. However, we were also not taken on the bus for flight 6-10. It turned out that for some reason our flight was postponed from 9-00 to 11-30. The tour in our hotel did not bother to inform us. As a result, waiting on the street under the hotel is 2.5 hours, and at the airport 3.5 hours.
I also want to warn all travelers. Don't leave your luggage outside. When we were at the Simena Hotel, the carriers put in all the suitcases that stood in front of the entrance to our bus. We started to drive off, and then he suddenly realized that 2 people were getting on, and 6 suitcases were loaded. He began to check. And it turned out: while vacationers were drinking coffee at the bar, waiting for their buses, their suitcases would have left in ours.
I rate the hotel at 4 *. The management needs to remove not very significant flaws that spoil the impression of the rest and everything will be OK.
