Attempt 2 - a room on the second floor, the elevator does not stop on this floor, and at the reception they "forgot" to warn about this. What they thought, how I would carry a sleeping child in a stroller up the stairs, and whether they thought at all, is a big question.
Attempt 3 - finally got a standard room on the 3rd floor.

Soon it turned out that the refrigerator was broken, they replaced it in half an hour. The relatives who are resting with us also have a broken refrigerator, which has not been replaced so far.
But it seems normal, we were lucky. People say that there are no curtains and they have been hanging them for three days.
The reception did not give a baby stroller, supposedly not. After contacting the management, they were taken to a warehouse, where there were about a dozen strollers. The carriages are dirty, nobody washed them. And it doesn't fold flat. However, the dirt in the hotel is the norm.
The hotel is full, 99% our people, but surprisingly no noisy evening drinking parties, yet. And the sunbeds are all occupied from 5 am on the first and second lines from the sea, by the pools. There are free sunbeds, but further.
The restaurant is the main problem of the hotel. This is not a restaurant, but a barn. Waiters are not in a hurry to clean dirty dishes, apparently they understand that the more you clean, the more people you have to serve. Dirty spoons and forks among clean ones are the norm, plates are the same. For dinner, the problem is to find a free table, some eat standing up or go to the lawn at wooden tables 100m from the restaurant.
The assortment is weak, next to the grilled meat (one or two types) there are queues of 20 people each. The rest is snacks. There is a problem with the side dish, there is always rice and pasta, potatoes are immediately swept away, there are no other cereals. You can take fresh tomatoes and cucumbers for 40 minutes from the opening, then they don’t either and don’t cut new ones.
A beach with large pebbles - boulders, a la Crimea. No blue flag and does not smell. Entering the water without slippers is very unpleasant.
The dry part of the beach is sand.
The pools are normal, the territory is green. The kids club is good, no complaints there.
The staff is unfriendly, no one greets, no smile, lazy. It is necessary to force, they themselves will not offer help.
